Welcome to our wonderful beach house 'Dreamscape' on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Dreamscape is a single level three-bedroom, two and one half bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, beautiful landscaping, two tennis courts, two swimming pools, and a gorgeous beach. We have designed the house with your budget in mind. Be prepared to relax!!
Our goal is simple...to underpromise and overdeliver on all of our beach rental properties. We want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. We want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! Dreamscape comes equipped with one King bed, 2 Queen beds, a set of bunk beds and three sleeper sofas - 2 Queen and 1 Twin. The home features, four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, satellite television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.
Dreamscape sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds.
For golfers in the group, Dreamscape is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Dreamscape is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.
Dreamscape is located at 6023 South Sea Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom
and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance called 'Travel Guard' from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let us know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment!

Great home and location
Great home and location
This home is very clean and has all the amenities for your stay. Also it has a perfect location to the beach. We enjoyed the community as well everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will def pick this location again. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores so we were nervous. The owners were awesome and it was one of the smoothest vacations we have had. In would highly recommend this property and location!

We just got back from Dreamscape and had a wonderful time. We only had 5 people in our group but the house will accomodate many more. We had plenty of room and the beach was on short walk of 5 minutes. I recommend this home to others and will stay there again. Thanks so much "Relax on the Beach" !!
