This gorgeous, recently renovated, Hollywood Hills home has two floors with a formal living room, eating area, half bath, bedroom and kitchen on the first floor. The Master Bedroom, and another bedroom, two full baths and the family room are located on the second floor. The home has a fountain by the front entrance, a slate driveway, flower boxes hanging from many windows, a couple of balconies, all giving the house a very French feel. Crib and stoller available upon request.
The house has been renovated without compromise. There is crown molding throughout the home, crystal and brass door fixtures, many large French and Italian chandeliers, extra high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and so much more.
There are two sets of French doors in the formal living room that look out to the water fountain which is set in the green front yard. Open the doors to the front yard and enjoy the afternoon with a gas BBQ...Or at night you can turn on the fireplace with a glass of wine, and enjoy the cool breeze, all while hearing the peaceful water fountain trickling outside...
The large kitchen has granite counter tops and beautiful tile. The kitchen cabinets all have molding and many are glass. All the kitchen appliances are stainless steel. This extravagant kitchen will keep you company as you cook for your wonderful friends and family...
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a very large California King Bed and twin bunk beds (no picture yet). The room has very tall ceilings with three skylights and private bathroom. The bathroom comes with a claw-foot bathtub with nickel-plated feet and a skylight above it. There is a pedestal sink and a chandelier to softly light the room as you soak in your bath.
Your family can relax together in front of the fireplace located in the family room which is on the second floor. You can read, play games or watch the 40 inch television. It comes complete with a DVD, stereo system and paid cable service. The family room has a very large, comfortable couch that can easily accommodate five to seven people. The second full bath is located off the family room and second bedroom.
It has a newly installed shower with a very soothing head. It has a beautiful pedestal sink and two skylights. Like all the rooms in the house, even this bathroom comes with many nicely decorated touches that you rarely find in any home.
The two regular size bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor, have queen beds and French doors leading to private balconies. Please do not fight over who will get which bedroom, they are all to die for....
And when you thought you couldn't be happier...enjoy the clean, well kept Jacuzzi which can comfortably accommodate five people. It is located in the enclosed backyard under an arbor covered with Morning Glory.
See the HOLLYWOOD sign scream your name as you drive to this French-like villa... There will always be tons of tourists taking photos looking up Beachwood Drive wondering who lives up in the canyon beyond (you do this week). Often you will see film crews working on the streets or helicopters in the air filming an upcoming movie. It is all very exciting. Another mile or so up Beachwood and things will quiet a bit as you reach your home set back in Beachwood Canyon with trees and green hills that make for a peaceful, quiet and serene setting.
The SUPER SAFE neighborhood does not feel at all like the busy hustle of most of Los Angeles. Do not worry though; you are less than 10 minutes from the famous Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Strip. Enjoy all the things a major city has to offer including wonderful restaurants, entertainment, the Walk of Fame and shopping to die for.

Easy access to Hwy 101 and 110 and Interstate 5 & 10. Only 20 minutes from Burbank airport and 20 minutes to LAX. Hiking trails within walking distance. Jacuzzi on site. Horseback riding 5 minute walk.
