Welcome to our wonderful beach house "Marisol" on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Marisol is a professionally decorated three-year-old three-bedroom, two and one half bathe beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, beautiful landscaping, and a gorgeous beach. Be prepared to relax!!
My goal is simple....to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties.I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers, and I want you to tell all of your family and friends about your positive experience with a Relaxonthebeach property.
Marisol comes equipped with all the amenities of home. The sleeping arrangements include 3 Queen beds, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, and a futon on the sunporch. The house features a CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, satellite television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.
Marisol sits just an easy stroll from the beach boardwalk and has a view of the Gulf from the front porches. Morgantown has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds.
For golfers in the group, Marisol is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Marisol is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.
Marisol is located at 6095 Sawgrass Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties (please inquire) and is paid directly to the housekeepers. Zero mark-ups. The fee includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment!
