A gorgeous,New, Non-Smoking, elevator-equipped, 4000 square foot home directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in the most prestigious gated community in the Destin area - "Destiny by the Sea." Breathtaking Gulfviews off either of the two balconies (see photos) and two stunning master (two kings) bedrooms on the third floor allow two families and "extras" to live in luxury. In addition to the 2 kingsize beds there are 2 queens, 5 bunks and 2 sleeper sofas. The south master also includes a beautiful sitting area with a wet bar overlooking the Gulf.
The main floor includes the large, fully-equipped kitchen with all state of the art stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, large island, granite countertops, a warming drawer, a vegetable sink, and 2 ovens are great for a large party atmosphere. A bedroom with private bath and queen-size bed is included on this floor. Living room has a sleeper sofa. The first floor is great for kids with two sets of bunks/one has a trundle in one room, a sleeper sofa in the TV room, and a queen in another very nicely done bedroom with a kitchenette (microwave and refrigerator) for the late night snacks!
Beds include: Two King size, Two Queen size, Four Bunk beds/One with a Trundle for a total of 5 Bunks, and two Sleeper sofas. $200 Fee to Heat the Pool

Vita La Bella met and exceeded ALL of my and my families expectations! The house is very big but still has a very "you are home" feeling to it! We will be back same time next year and hopefully for MANY more years to come!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have visited Destin from St. Louis, Mo many times. Staying at this property MADE the trip. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view...the definition of vacation. Within walking distance of the Crab Trap was a great perk.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
