Relax to the sounds of Big Creek as it flows past this beautiful waterfront cabin. Lazy Bear’s Creekside Cabin is our newest Mt. Rainier property, and has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling with the highest quality craftsmanship.
Our luxury Mt. Rainier vacation home is located about 4 miles from the SW (Paradise) entrance to the National Park, right on Big Creek. It comfortably accommodates 10 people.
The cabin features 4 private bedrooms plus a separate Game Room with 2 single beds. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and the upper level has 2 bedrooms with king size beds that can each be split into two twins. There are 2 bathrooms, one full bath with tub and shower and one 3/4 bath with a shower.
Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, or step onto the deck and use our gas BBQ grill. The dining table comfortably seats 10. The living room offers an expansive view of Big Creek and features a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace and an LCD TV with DVD/VCR/XBox.
For fun and games throughout your stay, step into our detached Game Room adjacent to the main cabin and enjoy the full-size pool table, game table, many board games, and a second LCD TV with DVD/VCR/XBox. This room also has 2 built-in twin daybeds and a free-standing gas fireplace.
The back yard features a 700 sq ft private deck overlooking Big Creek, complete with 8’ jetted hot tub. There is a large riverstone fire pit on the lawn, near the creek, for roasting marshmallows at night.

Wow, what a great spot! So hidden away and relaxing with absolutely everything you could need to make your stay easy! Had such a great stay, loved every minute of it - only wish we could stay longer. So glad the roads were open and we could make it up to Paradise to go snowshoeing - breathtaking! Really hope we can return one day soon, thanks for all your thought that has gone into making this place so special! Kathy, Marc, Lane and Derek

We just got home from the cabins a little while ago. The cabins were perfect and had all the little details taken care of. We just showed up, dropped our food in the fridge, and headed back out for an afternoon hike. The grill fired up just fine when we got there and everything in the kitchen was there - oil, spices, pots n pans, etc. Dishwasher was handy and so was washer/dryer since we got in a little mud while hiking. WOuld highly recommend for anyone looking for an great time up in the National Park or just looking to escape to the mountains for a few days. Also, if you're into fishing we caught some great trout down the road at Mineral Lake, would highly recommend that as well.

We walked in and said, "Wow!" It was amazing to stay here. Everything was SO convenient and thoughtful. The living room was beautiful...so many comfortable beds...and the gameroom was a great 'extra' that my my husband loved. We were very impressed with the glasses in the freezer..very nice touch and considerate. We only wish we could stay longer!
