Heaven.. Agua Dulce is conveniently located on a quiet street within walking distance to beautiful Nosara Beach, yoga studios,surrounding shops, restaurants and cafes. Our condo was very clean, comfortable, private and fully equipped with everything we needed. The condos are surrounded by beautiful gardens and nestled on the edge of a nature reserve - which meant plenty of Monkeys, Birds and Iguanas to spot! The gorgeous and refreshing pool was perfect for keeping cool throughout the day. We were warmly welcomed to Nosara and Agua Dulce by the owner, Kathy. Kathy went out of her way to make sure that we had a wonderful time in Nosara and were comfortable and relaxed in our accommodation. We left Agua Dulce and Nosara very reluctantly but feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated, engaged! and lucky to have found such a little gem! We will be back for sure. Dave & Anna

Absolute Paradise! This property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the beach-with the opportunity to get truly "surfed out", dining, yoga and superb massages. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were somewhat anxious and nervous as to what to expect. Once we arrived-we were greeted by Kathleen~the owner of the property. She welcomed us into Agua Dulce, showed us around, gave us excellent pointers~do and don'ts regarding the area and awesome advice on restaurants and then left us to explore. Agua Dulce has everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Nosara is a great little town to explore and not real touristy. The people are VERY nice with a great sense of community. If you get a chance to go to a rodeo-GO-just GO. OH and by the way-you CAN drink the water! Pura Vida!!!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the 1 bedroom condo, which is brand new, very modern, and very cozy. Located on a quiet street yet walking distance to restaurants and cafes, rental car/golf cart/ATV rentals, Nosara Surf Shop, and pristine beaches (Playa Guinoes & Playa Pelada). The unit has all the amenities of home, a fantastic pool that abuts the jungle where monkeys, squirrels, exotic birds, and other wildlife can be seen. I highly recommend the breakfast at Rosis, coffee/lattes at Zen Cafe, bread/pastries at Cafe de Paris, lunch/dinner at Marlin Bills, local beers at Casa Tucan, and cocktails at Lagarta Lodge for a spectacular sunset. The horseback riding with Boca Nosara Tours was very fun. The people in Costa Rica are very nice, the weather is superb, and the food was great and affordable. I will definitely be staying here again and can't wait to visit Nosara in the near future. The service was A++... Pura Vida!

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4, comfortable and quiet. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool great for an afternoon swim. The animals around the property are amazing, at one point we snuck up on a family of 8 coati mondis gathered around the pool! The town and beach are walkable, truly a fantastic location. I highly recommend this property and Nosara for a family vacation.
