We offer a SPACIOUS AND EXTREMELY CLEAN home to our Family and Guests. We are very active in the running/cycling community and enjoy the competition offered in the Disney Area, traveling to our home several times a year. We purchased our home to accommodate all season visits and now welcome several annual guests as well as returning family.

The administration of this HOA is managed professionally and offers the homeowners and guests a well maintained community.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We love visiting our Fla. home away from home.. .It is such a pleasure to relax and unwind in our private heated pool, work-out in the fitness room/50 meter pool and complete our early morning workout in the jacuzzi! There is so much local fresh fruit available in the winter- a huge bonus for us!!!, a tropical smoothie is a must every morning...Our children enjoy the freedom of a completely secure Resort and the flexibility to go off on their own to swim/play tennis, basketball, or scooter! There is the added benefit of watching the early morning Tropical Birds. We have so many options in the community We love the lifeguarded waterslide and our children love the the ability to swim as long as possible.
A huge hit is the new Tiki bar installed for an afternoon ice cold beverage and sandwiches. DVDrentals, ATM,sandwiches, ping-pong- Movies, gameroom, cyber cafe' are some of the amenities offered at the clubhouse... The Grocery/Stores are all minutes away, There are several walk-in medical clinics available near-by. Our evenings are spent at Downtown Disney or the Boardwalk, strolling, enjoying an ice cream and watching the street entertainment! We are 10 mins away...

Thanks so much - I wasn't expecting this. Planning a return trip in 2013, probably in September. Hopefully you will still be renting your townhouse again! We did enjoy the 2 nights at the Polynesian first. We ended up with a room overlooking the Magic Kingdom, so we were treated to 2 nights of fireworks from our balcony in pajamas. I loved moving to your condo for the last 3 days, however. We are not hotel people when we go away. We usually stay at a condo if possible - so nice to have a kitchen, etc. We made use of both the small pool and the resort pool. Great setup. Erica L MA- USA

Hi, We arrived back in Indiana. Back to reality. We had a great, busy time. We squeezed in many activities! We went to Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Universal Islands of Adventure, Clearwater Beach, and Gatorland! Windsor Hills was a perfect location to all the parks and we had a great stay. The townhouse was perfect and plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and did not want to leave, but work and bills await back home. We wished we could have stayed longer! Caroline and Joe were wonderful hosts for our stay at Windsor Hills in July 2011. From first contact Caroline was happy to provide extra details / answer questions. At the end of the day the rental process is a business transaction, this was done very professionally and with ease. It is an added bonus and a very welcome one for these transactions to be friendly and with humour. The property itself is in a great location and is well appointed and cared for. It is nice to know that the owners spend happy times there also. We had a busy schedule at the parks and the proximity to Disneyworld and to the I4 for Universal Studios and beyond is perfect for our needs. The splash pool is a great asset for cooling off. My family and I had a trouble free holiday and would not hesitate to return in the future. All the best, Colleen

Joe & Caroline, the house was amazing! It was so nice that the kids could have their own space and bathrooms and not be on top of each other after spending all day at the park. I loved the trash pickup where you didn't even know they had come by to pick it up! It was nice having so many fast food and sit down restaurants close by along with the very, very short trip to Disney each day. We even managed to find a WalMart to do some shopping. The keyless entry was great, no need to worry about if we left your key somewhere. The pool was nice to come back and cool off every day. We didn't use the clubhouse or main pool at all, but we did walk through the streets at night to just unwind and relax and the swings and places to sit throughout were very nice. "Great vacation- like home away from home." This was our third year staying in the same townhome. We absolutely love this place! Owners have been very easy to work with. We feel right at home when we visit. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. We have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool on the back porch is a life saver for families with kids. Very close to Disney (about 3 miles). We will be returning again!!

4/25/2011 -Things are going great. The weather is amazing and check-in was extremely easy with blue ribbon management. It is definetely a lot easier being able to come right to the resort as opposed to going off site to get the keys. I know our first year here was a little confusing.
