Stay in complete luxury at our 3 bedroom/3 bath Townhome in prestigious Windsor Hills. Our home offers a complete child friendly environment, with a soothing heated splash pool which looks out directly onto amanicured common area where you can toss a ball, swing under the pergola or just take a leisure walk.
Our Townhome is professionally decorated in a cheerful yellow with tropical accents. All bedrooms are a different theme, starting with the Mickey Suite, painted murals on red/check for the sweetest Disney dreams, included is a child's crib, high chair and umbrella stroller. The master suite is a restful blue with a most comfortable kingBed and private bath, flatscreen and DVD. The Queen suite, in Maroon.blues and beiges decor also has its own full bath, flatscreen.
The Kitchen is completely out fitted for all your vacation needs,from a snack to a large family gathering.Seating 6 at the table.and 2 at the breakfast bar. The great room seats 8 plus 6 at the table.
Enjoy the Sparkling lighted pool after a long day in the parks, viewed from the great room. We offer a full w/d for convenience and our location is a short 2 minute walk to the community pool/center. Our home books quickly, reserve early!

If you are up to working on your golf, there is a putting green or join in a game of basketball/tennis. Wash all your clothes from the day in our full size washer and dryer, while enjoying the splash pool or toss the ball with your children at the beautiful, lush green "open space" directly behind our unit.

Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills
After exhaustive research of the Kissimmee area, we found the fabulous 5 Star Resort of Windsor Hills. Our Townhome offers such comfort,conveniences and relaxation, the spaciousness of the home (1600 sq.ft) the heated pool, the privacy on the "Open Green" and size of the rooms and amenities. The location near the clubhouse with amazing Resort Amenities and 24/hr. security. This community met all our families needs, from the movie theater, fitness room, jacuzzi, tennis courts, swimming pool, water slide, golfing and Basketball. We loved having our private parking right out our front door and a screened in lanai/pool. The opportunity availed itself and we bought a beautiful home on the "Open Green" lush landscaping , a view to savor! We are still pinching ourselves. As a decorator, we had a wonderful time creating a warm tropical atmosphere, painting on several murals throughout the house. Upgrading to the latest state-of-the-art electronics, furniture,kitchen supplies, linens and Bedding.
We literally count the months to weeks to days before until arrival!
The Unique Benefits at this Luxury Town Home
While vacationing in Windsor Hills, we start our morning by opening the tri-sliding glass door out onto the lanai. We enjoy watching the Tropical Birds and as the breezes greet us. We have so many options in the community but never fail to make use of the fitness room followed by a few minutes in the Jacuzzi. Our children love the waterslide and swim as long as possible. The Dancing fountains are a huge hit as well. There are basketball courts, tennis, movies (50 seat theater) a sundry shop for any needed items as well as a DVDrentals, ATM,Discount Park tickets, Grocery/Stores are all minutes away, Fresh Fruit in abundance. There are several walk-in medical clinics available near-by. We especially appreciate the 24 hour security service.

We began coming to the Disney Area as a family for winter Marathons. We have a large family and were so excited to find such a wonderful community as Windsor Hills. It was easy to fall in love with the beautiful weather and location! We are ever amazed at all the many things to do while in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We love the various restaurants, location to the ocean, parks, space coast. We have continued the running tradition and now have our entire family racing. We are so happy to share our home with friendly guests, who also embrace the tropical atmosphere and the Magical benefits of Disney!
