Caroline, We had a wonderful Spring Break and loved your townhouse! Everything was clean and neat, and it was nice to have enough space so that Grandma and Grandpa could stay with us! I've attached a few pictures of the kids enjoying the pools while grandma and grandpa are making brunch! We ran into a family from our church at the community pool- what a "small world"! The boys also enjoyed throwing the ball around in the courtyard while they waited to head home on our 16.5 hour drive. The weather was gorgeous, and we spent all six days enjoying the parks, which were so convenient to drive to. Our 12 year old celebrated his birthday at the Magic Kingdom- what fun! Everyone wished him a Happy Birthday! We loved the new Harry Potter area at Universal! Now, if we could just wave a wand and go back... Thanks again, Jodi - USA

We loved our stay in your home. I only wish we had more time to really enjoy it. My daughter was there for a gymnastic meet and we were also meeting some family who had rented a condo in the same complex so we were pretty busy. We did get to enjoy a splash in your pool. The bedding was comfortable, linen and towels were great. We also made a trek up to the community pool and clubhouse amenities. We travel to Orlando often and will definitely keep your place in mind. HI Caroline, Sorry for not getting back right away, Thanks for your concern about the air conditioner. Sunday was a bit uncomfortable as it was 81 degrees upstairs, but cooled down to around 77 overnight. Then we left the next morning and didn't return until 7:30 pm & it was still running and 80 deg. again. I called Brenda at management & she said the technicians would be out early the next day. We opened the windows that night and it was comfy. The guy was out around 8 or 9 am to determine the problem, and the fellows were out around noon with a new unit. Runs fine now. Had a very nice time and your house was very comfortable, the only complaint was the week was to short. Brenda is on the ball, would liked to have met her face to face to thank her. Maybe you could pass the thanks along to her. Yours truly Dennis

Hi, We arrived back in Indiana. Back to reality. We had a great, busy time. We squeezed in many activities! We went to Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Universal Islands of Adventure, Clearwater Beach, and Gatorland! Windsor Hills was a perfect location to all the parks and we had a great stay. The townhouse was perfect and plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and did not want to leave, but work and bills await back home. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks so much - I wasn't expecting this. Planning a return trip in 2013, probably in September. Hopefully you will still be renting your townhouse again! We did enjoy the 2 nights at the Polynesian first. We ended up with a room overlooking the Magic Kingdom, so we were treated to 2 nights of fireworks from our balcony in pajamas. I loved moving to your condo for the last 3 days, however. We are not hotel people when we go away. We usually stay at a condo if possible - so nice to have a kitchen, etc. We made use of both the small pool and the resort pool. Great setup. Erica L MA- USA

Caroline and Joe were wonderful hosts for our stay at Windsor Hills in July 2011. From first contact Caroline was happy to provide extra details / answer questions. At the end of the day the rental process is a business transaction, this was done very professionally and with ease. It is an added bonus and a very welcome one for these transactions to be friendly and with humour. The property itself is in a great location and is well appointed and cared for. It is nice to know that the owners spend happy times there also. We had a busy schedule at the parks and the proximity to Disneyworld and to the I4 for Universal Studios and beyond is perfect for our needs. The splash pool is a great asset for cooling off. Joe & Caroline, the house was amazing! It was so nice that the kids could have their own space and bathrooms and not be on top of each other after spending all day at the park. I loved the trash pickup where you didn't even know they had come by to pick it up! It was nice having so many fast food and sit down restaurants close by along with the very, very short trip to Disney each day. We even managed to find a WalMart to do some shopping. The keyless entry was great, no need to worry about if we left your key somewhere. The pool was nice to come back and cool off every day. We didn't use the clubhouse or main pool at all, but we did walk through the streets at night to just unwind and relax and the swings and places to sit throughout were very nice. "Great vacation- like home away from home." This was our third year staying in the same townhome. We absolutely love this place! Owners have been very easy to work with. We feel right at home when we visit. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. We have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool on the back porch is a life saver for families with kids. Very close to Disney (about 3 miles). We will be returning again!!

Hi Caroline! I'm sorry I didn't write sooner! We got back from vacation and were thrown right back into the business of life. We wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fantastic time in Florida. The house meet and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family. The weather wasn't too cold, around 65-70 most days, so the heated pool was lovely in the evenings. Disney wasn't packed at all, which was wonderful. The longest line we had to wait in all week was about 15 min! Incredible! We were not ready to come back home! We had no problems and enjoyed our stay very much. We will certainly be coming back again, hopefully sometime next year or the following year. This was our first family trip with just the 3 of us and it couldn't have been more enjoyable! 4/25/2011 -Things are going great. The weather is amazing and check-in was extremely easy with blue ribbon management. It is definetely a lot easier being able to come right to the resort as opposed to going off site to get the keys. I know our first year here was a little confusing. We stayed here for a week in Feb. 2011 for a work trip, but my wife, 2 boys, and in-laws came along to enjoy FL with me. We had such a GREAT time, a huge part of that was the great accomodations that stayed in. The home was exactly what we wanted, 3 bedrooms were great so the boys could sleep in a room full of Disney murals...and not with us! And the pool was a HUGE hit. There was not a day that went by that we weren't in the pool. The boys spent hours in there some days as it was so warm and such a great convenience. We went once to the big community pool and did enjoy that, but nothing like having your own pool right out back. As a parent, I really appreciated all of the locks they had around the pool. I was never concerned about the boys wandering out there and getting in. We explained how they NEVER touch the pool cover. They were so scared at one point, they thought they would actually die if they even touched it, after it was rolled up on the side of the pool! But the place was so what we needed. As for the reservation, it couldn't have been any smoother. It was so easy to reserve, confirm, pay, and just show up and enjoy it. No hassles and the homeowners did a great job of making the process smooth and easy. They had a newly installed combination lock so no key was needed, we could go straight to the actual home and get right in without any check-in or check-out. That was just another great perk and when you're anxious to get settled in, one less stop was a blessing. I highly recommend anyone looking for a rental home to consider this particular unit & homeowner. You will not be disappointed with the process, the home itself, the great price, and your vacation will be that much better when you can have a rental process that takes the headaches of out getting lodging.

Thanks so much for everything. The house was GREAT and we so enjoyed staying there. It was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was so worth having as we only used the clubhouse pool once all week. We spent hours in that little pool, the kids so enjoyed it. (being 85 degrees made a huge difference too) As for the check-in, that was great. After driving all day, it was so nice to go right to the home and just go in with the extra stop at the rental management company office. So thanks for doing that and I am glad we were able to use it. The boys were so excited to be able to unlock it when we would come back to the house. . My work conference is a yearly thing so maybe if I'm able to go back again and bring my family, we'll look you up again. We appreciate all you did in making our trip so much fun! Aaron

Great Place for an Extended Stay with a Large Family

Joe and Caroline, Thank you so very much for making our Christmas vacation to Florida a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there during the holidays this year and with the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths inside your villa, we had more than enough room for the 6 of us to roam (myself, my wife, my mother, my father, and my two children). The pictures don't do the unit justice as the villa itself looks far better in person. My two girls (age 4 and 8 years) loved their room, especially having their own private bath, and my parents were happy to have their own private gateway on the main floor while my family was on the second level. Although the weather was on the chilly side a few days, that didn't stop us from taking full advantage of the private heated pool - we were in it almost everyday except for the few that dipped below 60 degrees and it was always warm enough. Not so much when we got out of the pool, but a warm shower was only a few steps away if needed. ... and when we wanted to stretch out a little more or take advantage of the hot tub, the clubhouse with games room, waterslide, and gigantic outdoor pool was only a 2 minute walk away. Although the Windsor Hills community is quite large, even the park with a big playground and life-sized checker board was only a few minutes away, and the villa itself backs onto a large open field that my girls used a few times to run around. The night we arrived, we went to the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party and when I awoke in the morning I was surprised to see an email from Caroline checking in with us to be sure everything was fine. Although the villa itself was in impeccable condition when we arrived and we couldn't think of anything that was missing (including the Christmas tree and decorations waiting for us when we got there - thank you Caroline) that kind of personal touch went a long way towards making our vacation a worry-free affair. While most other vacation options only become more expensive during the peak holiday season, we were happy to find a villa offered at a flat nightly rate that provided all the benefits of the high-priced Disney resorts without the massive hit on our pocketbook. If you're planning to visit Disney World, there's no better value for your money than what Joe and Caroline offer with this villa... especially if you're visiting with an extended family.

The Best Family Vacation

I have to say that a perfect family vacation is possible. I recently took my family to Florida for a long awaited vacation. Everything was perfect from the weather, to the theme parks, and mostly the home we rented for the week. If you are vacationing with children it is by far a better experience to rent this townhome. My chidren loved it because they felt like they were at home. Everything is there for you and only 10 mins from Disney. All of your needs are addressed ahead of time and the owners treat you like family. The amenities are all there as well from your private pool, to the water slide and movie theater. Windsor Hills is a safe and perfect place to stay..but I would highly suggest staying in this home for your next Florida vacation.

Apr 29, 2010 Hi Caroline- Everything went smoothly on check out. The location of the townhouse is ideal to anyone visiting Disney World. With a quick 15 minute drive home, we were able to leave the park to cool off, eat some food that was home cooked and healthy, and that didn't cost an arm and a leg. The set up of the townhouse allowed the five of us to have the right personal space to accommodate everyone's needs. The washer and dryer let us come home without a suitcase full of dirty clothes and let us pack less so we could just use carry-ons. The condominium complex's common pool is perfectly suited to cool off on hot days, and is especially suited for smaller children. The best part of our experience was how responsive the owners are to inquiries and suggestions for those of us completely unfamiliar with all of the attractions in the area. Caroline was phenomenal in her responsiveness and for her background and knowledge to all of our questions. Thanks again. Dear Joe and Caroline,We had a fabulous time on our vacation! And we just loved our vacation home! It was so bright and cheerful, cozy and clean. We were so comfortable there – it really felt like home. In fact, we spent one full day just hanging out at the house and in the pool. The kids were charmed with their Mickey Mouse room and Nemo bathroom. It was precious to watch their faces that first day as they ran from room to room looking for the characters painted on the walls. And the pool was a perfect way to wind down after a day at Disney.We enjoyed Captain’s Quarters so much; I would recommend this charming spot to anyone planning a trip to Disney. Joe & Caroline, We wanted to let you know that we had a great time on our Disney trip recently (3/13-20)! My husband and I, our two boys (4 and 6 years old), and my parents all spent the week enjoying the beautiful weather and all of the Disney parks! We have rented a home in the Windsor Hills community before and loved the convenience (very close to the parks!) and the space that we had. We were pleased again this time and really enjoyed having the individual bedrooms and space for our boys (and us) to move around. We did not have to be in a cramped hotel room and the boys favorite part was our own pool!! We came “home” each afternoon for a swim before bed! The heated pool was great since the temps that week were around 70 degrees! Thank you for making it available as a rental! Hi Caroline, My family just got back from Florida yesterday. I just wanted to say thank you for renting us your townhome. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to going again next year. Our trip was wonderful. We got to do alot of fun stuff including watching the final night shuttle launch! It was an incredible experience. My dad and I took my daughter (who turned 9 yesterday) to Spaceview park Titusville to watch. Something we will never forget! The weather wasnt very good. 50's and 60's most of the time so I am certaintly glad we had the pool heat. We spent ALOT of time in the pool and loved it. We cant change the weather so we just modified our plans and did things around it. You have to make the best of it which is what we did:) Our accomodations were very good, we were very happy with everything which is why we want to book again!:) We are really hoping that we can stay at your place again:) Thanks , Misty Houser

January 30,2010 Hello! Well.....we had a FABULOUS time!! The place was perfect!. The weather was even nice enough to enjoy the main pool and slide one afternoon. It is so pretty there. The BEST part for us was the heated pool. Our son, the newly 4 year old, found out he could swim without his floaty suit. He was like a kid discovering candy for the 1st time!! Your home was wonderful for our vacation. It was so inviting and large enough for our whole family. It is very close to Disney and very easy to find. The kids were able to enjoy the pool a couple nights when we returned a little earlier. I would recommend your home to anyone wanting to stay off Disney property. Thanks for everything. 1/22/2010

We have just returned home from our stay at Caroline & Joe's wonderful townhouse. We had booked other accommodation previously with two different owners (not through VRBO) and were been let down losing deposits in the process. I therefore cannot thank Caroline enough for her helpfulness and quick responses throughout our booking process. The townhouse met all our expectations and was exactly as described on the website. It is beautifully furnished and all the extra touches really make it a home from home. It is maintained to the highest standard and I found it to be scrupulously clean. The splash pool is very inviting and would be the ideal way to relax after a hectic day at the parks (had our weather been better!) Windsor Hills is a fabulous resort and the townhome is ideally located in the complex. It is very quiet but handy for the clubhouse and facilities. We will most definitely be booking up again in the future and would highly recommend Caroline and Joe's home to anybody who may be considering booking. You will not be disappointed!! This is our last day at this wonderful townhome. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Awesome is not enough. We actually have a timeshare in Orlando -but this was a much better deal and much better appointed. We absolutely love this townhome!! Our little one enjoyed the pool several times a day -and the home is wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend this rental!!!! November 6, 2009 Recently, My family and I (husband/2 children) returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Caroline and Joe's townhome. We were so pleasantly surprised and relieved when we entered the home. This was our first time doing a rental from a private owner and were quite nervous. Before our stay, Caroline promptly answered any questions and concerns I might have had very quickly. The home was wonderful. Because of the age difference, the 3 bedrooms worked out perfect. It gave my teenager a room to herself (she stayed in the queen bedroom downstairs) and my son had a place where he could spread out (he made forts out of the Disney bedding using the new toys he purchased with his souvenir money) and play and watch t.v. My husband and I enjoyed the king size bed in the master bedroom and everything is decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed to cook We ate breakfast every morning before going to the parks and packed picnic lunches to take with us which saved us a ton of money and we wouldn't have been able to do this if we had stayed at a Disney motel. My kids loved the clubhouse pool/game room. My daughter and I played ping pong and pool several evenings at the clubhouse while my son and husband enjoyed the pool/hot tub! If you are thinking about staying offsite, please do not hesitate to stay here. The price was beyond reasonable and we saved so much money by staying here. We did a 14 day trip for the price of what 1 week would have cost us staying onsite. Oh and it was at most 10 minutes townhouse to park!! We also went over to Cocoa Beach one day (less than an hour drive). It was a great trip!! The Briscoe's -Loganville, Georgia

This condo was in such perfect shape I would have sworn it was brand new! It was just perfect for our Disney vacation - so convenient! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area and so much appreciate the owners keeping down the cost. I'm so happy we found this "gem"!

Caroline and Joe, We just wanted to let you know that we had a great time staying at your townhome this past week. Your home is beautiful! We could not believe how close we were to the parks and shopping. We will definitely stay again and recommend your place to family and friends. We stayed in this great place JULY 09. The owner kept in contact, and responded to all my questions promptly. Check-in was a breeze. It is very close to WDW, places to shop and eat. The house was clean, smoke free, and very accommodating. The kids loved the pool, and the special room just for them. Thanks for the excellent stay!!!!

We had a great stay her in Feb and Mar. A spacious, and very clean townhome. The splash pool was warm and enjoyed by all. Our family included 3 sisters, 2 of their husbands and one son. We would stay here again. Very close to WDW. 15 minutes from home to parking lot.

I’m a value shopper, always on the prowl for a bargain. And let’s face it, in this era, where every dollar counts, making sure you get the best value from your hard earned cash is paramount. We got just that and much more with our stay in this beautiful townhouse. In many aspects, it was better than our own home. It was very difficult to leave. We’ll be back and it is without hesitation that I recommend it to anyone.Spacious 3 bedrooms house, 5 mins from all the convenience shops one would need, 7 mins from the Parks, 10 mins from the outlets mall. Very helpful and friendly owners. Enjoys all the amenities of a Disney hotel and more, for at least half the price. Take that money you saved and treat your self to some magical moments. The perfect vacation for our engagement :o)
