This condo is located in Puerto Vallarta's newest and most desirable development. It is a gated community, professionally landscaped with around the clock security two blocks from Los Muertos Beach, the most popular in Puerto Vallarta. It is one block from Basillo Badillo also known as restaurant row and one block from Olas Altas, the heart of Old Town.

The development was built in the traditional Mexican style. There is an infinity pool you can lounge around in for hours, a state of the art exercise facility to keep you fit and a large palapa where you can sit for hours out of the sun and catch up on email or read your favorite novel.

This one bedroom, two bath unit was completed August 2008 and is ready for occupancy, be one of the first! The unit is on the street level requiring a minimum amount of climbing stairs. All counter tops are granite, both showers are marble, the bathroom windows are stained glass. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit.

The Owner and Development are not tolerant of the "party crowd" so if your plans include copious amounts of alcohol and loud noise you would be best advised to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a quiet vacation in one of the nicest deveolopments in Puerto Vallarta this is the unit for you.

  • We were surprised at how wonderful this place was... and we are picky travellers :) It was upscale, clean, comfortable and charming. It is a quiet little oasis in the middle of old town PV. The infinity pool is never overcrowded, has an amazing view of all of PV during the day and a great place to watch the fireworks at night. Note the pool rules (which are actually quite few) as you come in. The stocked gymn is situated with a view as well! The king size bed is super comfortable and wow, the bathroom is huge! The pictures cannot do it justice. Every morning tropical birds come to a big tree outside the dining room window - very cool pajama photo op! As an aside, everyone who works at the complex was super helpful and friendly, not to mention the owner of this property who was more than generous with information, etc.

  • The accommodations more than exceeded our expectations. The condo is well appointed, very comfortable and a great place to stay while in PV. The complex has a great pool and gym. You are within walking distance for everything you need, restaurants, shopping, groceries, the beach. We can't wait to go back. See you next year. Cheers

  • I was fortunate enough to be the first one to stay in the condo. Although August was a bit warm the location in Old Town was perfect. It was beautifully furnished, everything worked as expected, it is close to the pool which has one of the best views in PV. What can I say, I will be back next year!
