Our large extended family of sixteen - grandparents, parents and children ranging in age from 3 - 75 years - spent a wonderful two weeks at this property. The home's description was very accurate, and we had plenty of space, comfortable beds, ample linens, great kitchen equipment and lots of pool furniture. The home also featured a second clothes dryer, and second fridge which was helpful with such a large group. The games room was also a nice feature for both teenagers and grandpa! The 7 bedrooms provided lots of privacy and the ensuite master rooms were much appreciated by couples with young children. The younger children were able to go to bed early while adults stayed up to party and teenagers swam, and the house was large enough that sound didn't appear to carry readily! Each room had a television which eliminated any conflict with what program to watch. The computer kept everyone in touch with those at home, and the complimentary gym membership allowed those who were so inclined to keep up with their fitness program. The home is convenient to Disney World and is close to all major highways, which made routine grocery shopping possible, as well as providing highway access to Kennedy Space Center, and outlet mall shopping. It would definitely not be suitable for anyone without a car. The property was very clean and well maintained, and any queries or requests we had were promptly addressed. The owner was most accommodating with respect to an additional day, Interactions with him were very professional and payments and rental contracts were easy to manage. The home was certainly suitable for our extended family of varying ages. It would also be great for several couples, for a girls getaway, for families with young children and/or teenagers, and for age 55+. Adventure seekers and sightseers would have to travel, but highways are close. The home is so large that it does not seem conducive to a romantic getaway for only one couple, although that is a personal opinion. With only one bedroom and ensuite on the main floor it would not be conducive to more than one couple with disabilities. In conclusion, our family had a fabulous time - it was everything we were looking for, and everything that was promised on the website. We could not have asked for a better experience, and would recommend this property to anyone!
