Why the Owner Chose Santa Rosa
We love the wine country, and built this home for ourselves in 1978. It has been remodeled with updated kitchen, etc. We are fortunate enough to be able to live in the desert for half of the year which enables us to rent our home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is located in the center of Santa Rosa, with easy access to Hwy 101 and all of the wine country. We are on a dead end street, directly across the street from a 3 acre private park.

Jules & Judy have been married for over 40 years and have lived in this house since 1978 when we built it for ourselves. It remains our primary residence in the summer.
