  we spent a weekend at the condo and found it nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Great location; close to everything, but away from the all the crowds.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  We had a lovely time with perfect weather, no crowds, and the condo was wonderful. It was clean (most important thing), in excellent condition, had comfortable beds, was perfect for our little poodle - just what we wanted in every way. The best room in the house was the screened-in porch. We spent more time there than anywhere. The complex was so nice and we met several friendly owners who told us about the things to do and welcomed us to the area. Thanks for having such a lovely place for us to stay. We will be back.

  Very pleased with accomodations. Clean and spacious. Liked laundry facility. Close to beaches, good places to eat and shopping. Definitely would recommend to friends and relatives. Hope to return for another stay next year.

  We visited this unit on July 19th. It felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Me and my family enjoyed the pool, the dock, and the gym the was on site. We will always come here when staying in Gulf Shore. Thanks for everything. Derian and Erica Gooden

  We stayed at this condo from August of 2011 to the end of December 2011. Very nice unit with great screened balcony. Overlooking small boat harbor and view of channel with good sun sets. My stay was work related and most of the time was quiet. Nice screened in pool and hot tub area. I would recommend this unit/condo facility. Short drive to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Just stayed in this condo a couple of weeks ago. Very nice condo, decorated beautifully. The owners were very helpful in the booking of the condo, very pleasant to work with. The condo is really close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We were very pleased with the cost too. We will be staying here again.

  This is the best rental I've ever had. The condo was delightful and the decor was fabulous. I felt right at home. It was very spacious with a patio overlooking the lake. The price is right and I will be back. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Couldn't ask for anything more. Hopefully the security deposit could be waived next time.

  Our first stay "off of the beach", and this condo was wonderful! We have 2 teen-age boys, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have "their space" when needed. The kitchen is fabulous - everything you would have at home plus more! Very convenient to the dock/pier if you want to bring a jet ski or boat, which we did. 2 jet ski lifts available (1 was occupied and 1 Jet ski was not operating when we were renting which was a little inconvenient, but I'm sure that has been taken care of). Easy access to water entry and trailer storage next door, GREAT restaurant nearby (Tin Top - owners of condo told us about this!), and just minutes from Hwy 59 for restaurants, the Track, Waterville, etc. GREAT place to stay... comfortable, convenient, and affordable!

  Owner response: Being "off the beach" does have it's advantages. More to do when the sun goes down. Sorry about the lift. It needed a part and is now repaired. We will make sure it is perfect for your next stay. Thanks for your honesty, Paula & Steve Segal

  Simply the best choice all around, minutes from every and anything you could imagine. I am still telling people in my state , this is where to go and the place to stay. If I ever make a call , reply from staff was in minutes. So peacefull with the look of a magazine. I will be back. Thank You
