Slopes Now Open for Skiing!

In upper Moonridge where it snows more often and lasts longer! This cabin has private views of the forest from every window. Located on one of the nicest, quietest streets at 7500 feet, where it snows more often and the snow lasts longer. There is easy access with a large parking pad and no stairs into the cabin. Well appointed three bedrooms and one bath. To keep you connected there is high speed wireless Internet and cable with three TV’s and two VHS and one DVD player. There is a great sledding slope (sleds included!) and tire swing for the kids. Just a short drive to the slopes and the lake, but enough away to feel you are in the mountains. A full kitchen with stove and refrigerator is provided. The deck features a BBQ, spa, and there is a Foosball table in the cabin. See how many coyotes, birds, and other creatures you can observe while you relax in the living room with large windows taking in the forest.

The owner of this cabin was so easy to work with and very nice. The cabin was in tiptop shape and so homey. The living room was roomy and sofa's sooooo comfortable with room for ample people. I loved having all the kitchenware and bathroom sundries provided and great heating system in the house. My favorite part was the beds. SOOOOO comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. Also, the outdoor lighting was great. We were able to go sledding at night in the backyard thanks to the lighting. We will definately be back!

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in this cabin comfortably with my parents and two small children. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens and bathroom items. It's located less than 5 minutes away from Bear Mountain. The best thing about this cabin for us was the ability to sled right in the back yard with our young children. ·

Perfect size cabin for my family of 4 with room for more. We really enjoyed sledding down the hill in the back and relaxing in the spa. We had great snow coverage too. The cabin has everything you need and is on a quiet street with hardly any traffic. We will definitely come back!

"What a great winter retreat for a family with small kids!" We absolutely loved our time in this winter wonderland! The house was very cozy and located in a nice quiet area. From the time that we got there, we did not have to leave for anything for three days and it was wonderful. Our kids, three and five, loved sledding on the hill right outside the front door. The kitchen was well stocked and made it nice to prepare meals. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Plus, it snowed while we were there which made it a special holiday treat that our family will remember for years to come. We hope to make it back again next year! Thank you for the hospitality. "

"This is a great cabin. We celebrated my husband's 30th birthday and our Valentines day. Very cozy and a serene calming place. The spa was great and the sledding was so fun. My six year old daughter enjoyed it all!Thanks for the memories! We will be back!"

"We had such a great time that we stayed an extra day. We got more snow than we bargained for! Digging out was the best, especially when we were almost done the bulldozer came by:) Thanks guys!This weekend was better than the last time we came! "
