Anna Maria Island is a beautiful tropical barrier island on the west coast of Florida nestled between Sarasota Bay and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our family fell in love with this low key and laid back island with its pristine white beaches and "Old Florida" charm. If you are looking for glitz and discos, try Miami. Anna Maria is about flip flops, sundresses and relaxation.
Our "Soleil Beach House" is an elevated home constructed in 2007. All of the appliances, furnishings, and finishes are brand new and top of the line. We have been repeatedly complimented about our decadent linens and the comfort of our beds. We have three different decks. Two are covered and surrounded by coconut palms and the third is a sky deck on the 4th floor of the home.
We welcome children and guarantee they will love our secret room under the stairs which is furnished with lots of pillows and an entire video game system! Our garage is full of beach equipment, bikes, kayaks, rafts and assorted toys.
Our location is very central and within walking distance to many charming restaurants and shops. Hop on the free trolley to explore the rest of the island. The beach is directly across the street, about 30 steps. Parents can enjoy a cool drink on the deck while watching the kids play on the beach. At night enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in the world as the sun sinks slowly into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. We love it here and we hope you will too!
