SKI-IN, SKI-OUT convenience is one of the many attributes of this beautifully appointed NEW (Dec. 2007) townhome in Deer Crest, one of North America's most prestigious ski-in/ski-out mountain resort communities in Deer Valley.

With breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the spectacular Uinta Mountains, our townhome offers access via private trail to Deer Crest's Pioche Ski trail, which connects with Deer Valley's Express Gondola.

Our guests live in the nicest neighborhoods in the country, and we have equipped our four-bedroom, five-bath home accordingly-with quality and comfort in mind. With plenty of room (and privacy) for you and your guests, sleeping accommodations include two master suites, each with a fireplace, king bed and private bath with steam shower and jetted tub, a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and an upper-level kids' room with triple bunk, X-box game system and private bath. You'll find custom touches and meticulously chosen furnishings and fixtures throughout the home, from the gourmet kitchen with its hand-picked granite countertops and unique copper sink to the spacious great room with its gleaming hickory floors, native-stone fireplace, and vaulted hickory ceiling.

The decks offer amazing mountain and reservoir views, and you may spot a moose or an elk while relaxing in the six-person, outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing, fly-fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking or another of the many outdoor activities that visitors to the area enjoy. Additional amenities in the home include high-definition flat-screen TV in every room, with DVR in one master bedroom and the living room, high-end stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, and attached garage.

A ten-minute drive to the west, historic Park City offers something for everyone, with shops and galleries, luxurious spas, a variety of restaurants, cultural events/festivals, ski outfitters with all the latest gear, and more.   • We rented this home in Jan. 2009 and loved it so much we returned in Jul. 2009. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury home. It is beautifully decorated with top of the line everything! Furniture, Appliances, TVs, Bedding, etc. The view of the Jordannelle Lake is spectacular! The ski- in/ski- out access during the winter is fabulous and the gondola is easily accessible. After a long day of skiing or hiking, we really enjoy soaking in either the hot tub on the back porch or in one of the jacuzzi bath tubs! We highly recommend this town home to anyone with discriminating taste. We definitely plan on returning!

  • Our family absolutely loved staying here for our ski trip this year. Luxury accommodations, well appointed, spacious (all rooms are very large), top of the line fixtures and electronics throughout, beautiful views and easy access to the resort. Open kitchen/dining/living area made for great gatherings, and each room is a private retreat. Unfair to categorize this as a townhome, it's really a luxury home in every respect. The only negative is that we had to leave! We would definitely stay here again.

  • We stayed at this townhome 1/09 and couldn't have been happier. The home is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen facilities are top-of the-line. The townhome has a large hot tub on the back porch that has sweeping views of the mountains and the Jordanelle Reservoir. Best of all, the home is truly ski-in/ski-out, with easy and quick access to the gondola.
