One hour northeast of the Los Cabos airport, Casa Nina is located in the quaint town of Los Barriles on the Sea of Cortez. The house is in the heart of world-class windsurfing, kite-surfing, fishing, and off-roading. Completed in 2008, Casa Nina has been professionally decorated and boasts top- of the line furnishings. The main living area is on the second floor and offers panoramic ocean, beach and mountain views.
The second floor has a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor is designed as a separate living area with a kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Situated on a large lot, the property is fully enclosed offering privacy and ample room for children to play. Several cars and/or boats can be parked within the compound.
For the windsurfer or kite-surfer, a windy launch is located just down from the house. Outdoor showers and storage are available. If you want company, the world famous North Beach, viewable from the deck, is a few hundred yards away.
For the fisherman, rent a boat and anchor it in front of the house. Better yet, charter a boat for some of the best Dorado and Marlin fishing there is. You can also fish from shore from the secluded beach and jetty a short three minute walk from the house.
There is a par 3 golf course in town, and the luxury courses of Los Cabos are within an hour's drive.
Cleaning, cooking, massage services can all be secured.
