Luxury 2 story condo/townhome with fantastic views of the beach and ocean is located right off the boardwalk--practically oceanfront!Park your car in the garage and never drive again. Beach, boards, restaurants, amusements, water parks, fireworks--its all just steps away.
Our home offers 2100 sq. ft.! New furnishings 2008; Flat screen TVs in very room; and WiFi. A/C in the summer; gas fireplace in the winter; ceiling fans in every room.
Modern upscale kitchen with Cherry Cabinets and Granite countertops, Stainless Steel stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and frig. (filtered water and ice in the door). Kitchen is fully stocked: coffee pot and bean grinder; slow cooker; crab pot; blender; toaster oven; cookware, dinnerware, glassware and utensils for 12+.
The Grand Room is divided into a Living area (sporting a 42" Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD/VCR, WiFi, and a queen sleeper-sofa as well as a love seat as well as a leather swivel recliner), a Dining area (with a huge cherry table that seats 12), a Chaise Nook that views the ocean and boards through the over-sized sliding glass doors, and a Breakfast/Computer/Game nook enjoys a view of the beach through huge front windows.
4 Spacious bedrooms sleep 8. The Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished and has a queen-sized bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD player, and its own Master Bath with Granite and Cherry cabinetry, double basins and a full bath/shower. The "Queen" Bedroom has a queen bed, huge closet, triple dresser and Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD player. The 3rd bedroom, also on the main floor, has 2 twin beds, triple dresser, large closet and a Flat Screen TV.
Our Lower Level Suite is wheel chair accessible through the garage and connects to the upper level with an Oak Spiral Staircase. Sleeping 4 (full sized bed and queen-sized sofa sleeper) with a full bath/shower with Granite and Cherry cabinetry and tile floor, and an efficiency kitchen complete with frig, microwave, sink, coffee pot, cookware and dining ware for 4+, it is practically a home in itself.
Parking for 2 cars,(one in garage one in driveway) plus a parking meter pass for your third car. A private Outdoor Shower with roof and lock, Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and an inside area on the ground floor for stashing beach gear and bikes complete the unit. Complementary beach chairs and beach toys for the small ones.
Our beach is short with the ocean only steps away. Our home is at the end of the block on a calm and quiet street--a place where you can feel safe and secure. Our balcony view is so ideal--you'll never want to leave!

My wife and I along with our son have a family farm in Southern NJ. In Dec. of 2008 we purchased a three bedroom unit in this building and loved the location so much we imediately said yes when the sisters gave us the opportunity to buy their beautiful four bedroom unit. That gives us the chance to have friends and family there or rent them so others can enjoy this fantastic location. For me the beach is a perfect size here (not a mile to the water), with so many things to do so close by.

I couldn't belive how beautiful the condo was!!! The living room was so comfortable with plenty of seating and room for everyone to spread out. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that I did not want to come home to my own bed. The view was awesome and the balcony was very spacious. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again myself.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house is not only beautiful it is also very spacious. The view of the beach and boardwalk is amazing. It is only a few blocks from the amusement piers but far enough to enjoy the excitement of the boardwalk without all the craziness. It has too many amenities to mention. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are decorated nicely. Luxury, convenience, view, and location, it's well worth it. Also, I recommend the linen package. The owners are great to work with. They really want the renters to enjoy their home. This is the 2nd time renting and we will return.

We were very pleased arriving at the condo as it was beautiful, the pictures just do not do it justice. The condo was stocked with everything we needed the entire time we were there. We were close enough for the first ride peer but far enough away from alot of the noise also. Sitting on the balcany with coffee in the morning or drinking a glass of wine was great while having a nice ocean view. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with and truly want their renters to have the best time possible. I will definately be back next year!! Highly recommend any of the properties owned by "the sisters"

Absolutely beautiful and very clean property. Every amenity you could ask for . . . and then some. The description was very accurate. The owners provided excellent responses to all questions. Our family loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. We loved its close proximity to the beach and to the boardwalk (the least busy end of it). We would highly recommend it to friends and hope to use it again ourselves. Highly recommend purchasing the linens package with the rental. It saved lots of packing!
