The condo is just as described on the website. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. A nice bakery and a twenty four hour restaurant just around the corner. The condo is very clean and well decorated. Enrique was right at the front entrance when we arrived to bring us up to the condo. He speaks very good English and was very helpful. The owner even provided a cell phone for communications which we are very grateful for. We had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely rent this condo again next time we visit Panama. Thank you Luis and Enrique for all your help in making our stay so enjoyable.

Luis, I wanted to write to you and let you know what a great time we had in Panama City. Your apartment was the perfect location for trip. We were able to walk to some excellent restaurants. Enrique is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was courteous, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He did a great job filling my request for my wife's birthday. Our family of 4 spent 11 wonderful days at this Apartment during the Christmas 2010 period. The apartment was in a fabulous location and we can only recommend it to anyone. The owner (Luis) was incredibly helpful and Enrique (Manager) a lovely man. Thanks Luis for making Panama City (and the fantastic El Congrejo area) a truly memorable experience. As an aside, our kids (aged 10 and 12) did a Spanish Immersion program (at Spanish Panama) a short 5 minute walk away, hence the reason for choosing this apartment. It was the perfect excuse for a trip to Panama!

I normally rent apartments online when traveling and this has been my best experiences so far. The apartment looks even better than it does in the photos and was located in a great area. Luis was very communicative and made sure that I had all the information that I needed before my trip. I had a wonderful time in Panama and this apartment was a large part of the reason why. I highly recommend staying here.

We just returned from our trip to Panama last week and spent 5 days in this lovely apartment. It is indeed just as it appears. Though we arrived early, Enrique picked us up right away at the airport and assisted with the wireless connection (which for some reason my computer didn't immediately like) before leaving. We thought it was very convenient that a cell phone was provided and we could add as much value as needed in order to call the States (it was inexpensive - $12 for the 5 days we were there). The beds were comfortable, the premises were clean, the pool was great. The building itself is literally right around the corner from a number of restaurants - Caribbean, Mexican, Italian - and several cafeterias are nearby. There is also a 24 hour supermarket less than 10 minutes away on Via Espana. We were there for my mother's 80 birthday trip and she had no problems getting anywhere in the area on foot. I would also point out that we were a group of 4 women and never felt our security threatened or in any danger. It's a wonderful apartment in a fascinating city and I highly recommend it.

The condo is brand new and immaculate. It met our needs perfectly. The service provided by Enrique, the owner's representative, was outstanding. He took my calls at all hours of the day and night and quickly handled my questions. The decor is upbeat, the view is spectacular, and having a parking place is a real plus. The apartment was well equipped, communications with the owner were frequent and helpful, and we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. El Congrejo is vibrant and a 24 hour restaurant is 500' away. We're planning our next stay now. I highly recommend this unit.

Great place. It is worth renting this place just to have Enrique as your driver. He is the property manager of the apartment and a wonderful person. The apartment is very clean. We were not able to use the pool; it was drained (visit was 11/26- 11/30). The view however is amazing. The place is in a great location to walk the city. Close to great restaurants and local shopping. Enrique drove us to the Canal (timing it perfectly to see the English version of the show and then seeing a large ship go through the locks). He also drove us to El Valle to zip line. We have children and he was very understanding and kind.
