Our home is ‘horseshoe’ shaped with sliders opening from the airy great room, the master bedroom and the kitchen to a comfortably furnished lanai and private heated pool – perfect to enjoy the Lemon Bay views or to keep an eye on the kids at poolside! The open floor plan living room and dining room is attractively furnished with updated tropical decor and includes cable TV and DVD/VCR. The master bedroom features include a queen sized bed, private bath and walk – in closet, cable TV. Second bedroom features a queen sized bed and is adjacent to a full bath. The third bedroom offers twin beds, cable TV and is adjacent to the third full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes with an electric range and microwave, full sized refrigerator with water/ice in door and dishwasher. In addition, this ranch style home includes a carport plus a storage room for stowing fishing and beach gear, and a laundry room with full sized, newer washer/dryer, barbecue grill. This vacation getaway is located on a secluded bay side cul-de-sac yet is just a short block and a half walk to public beach access or a walk/two minute drive to Stump Pass State Park beaches.
