Our Peninsula is a beautiful new resort and is one of the most luxurious condominiums in all of Puerto Vallarta. It is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone. The Peninsula is a short walk to the adjacent shopping plaza with excellent dining and boutique shops. The building amenities include a stunning two story atrium glass lobby, state of the art fitness center, business/computer center, social room, private movie theater and bar/lounge. The Peninsula has an enormous infinity pool with stunning views overlooking the city, Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains.
This is one of the few condos on the beach in the front of the river tower. The 17th floor is actually at the 19th floor level because the mezzanine and the lobby levels are below. The property is monitored by security 24 hours a day.
The downtown area, marina and yacht harbor, golf, and restaurants are all within minutes of Peninsula. Located on the south side in the new river tower, this luxury end unit has 3500 square feet with panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the condominium sleeps eight people comfortably.
There are two large balconies; one wrapping around the living and dining room, and the other around the two master suites. The panoramic views of the ocean, river, city, and mountains are expansive and unobstructed. The dining room will accommodate eight people. There are four flat-screen TVs throughout the condominium, WiFi, toll free phone to the US and cable TV. There is a full laundry including iron and board.
This unit has been professionally decorated by one of the top designers in PV with spectacular finishes and beautiful a custom granite counter top in the kitchen and marble bathrooms. This fully furnished condo includes bed linens, towels, kitchenware and dining set. Maid service is provided 3 days a week. Our personal greeter will meet you upon arrival for check-in and our concierge offers recommendations for tours and restaurants. Arrangements for a in-house chef is available.
Comparison with hotels: All rates are substantially less that the cost of three or more rooms at hotels that do not have the same benefits, location, layout, space and amenities.
Puerto Vallarta offers 320 days of sunshine. There are fireworks every night in the bay with spectacular views from your balcony. The Bay of Banderas is a permanent residence for over 300 bottle nose dolphins year round. In season, you will find whale watching, a popular activity in the last two weeks of January and the first two weeks of February. September is the active month for the birth of the sea turtles.
Visit the historic downtown with the famous malecon, street fairs and performers, endless shopping and night clubs or visit the nearby towns. Reserve a fishing excursion or jungle tours available through our personal Concierge.
Puerto Vallarta has one thousand restaurants which attract the best chefs in all of Mexico. Three of the top ten restaurants are located in the Marina.

Why the Owner Chose Hotel Zone
We saw an opportunity of a lifetime at Peninsula, a premier development in the heart of the hotel zone. As one of of the first to purchase on a pre-construction basis we had our pick. We selected the 17th floor and a corner unit. We know we found the best spot in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to meet our guests in the grand lobby and the proximity to town and to shopping. Sams, liverpool mall and Walmart are a short walk across the street. My family enjoys the indoor spa and business center on the lower level. My daughter and her friends take full advantage of the gym and the private theater. I start my day walking the strip of beach to town and finish with my Starbucks coffee drink located in the adjacent plaza. Sorriana market is my favorite place for groceries and has everything you can imagine. It is only a two block walk.

For more than 15 years my husband came down to PV for his yearly soccer tournament. He fell in love wtih the people and the culture. We have been spending our vacations here ever since. We experienced the best dining, wonderful activities and a welcoming community atmosphere where foreigners feel like they belong.

Amazing Views and Condo

We were fortunate to have stayed in this condo for two weeks over the Christmas holidays. As soon as you walk into the condo you will be in awe with views of the water, town, mountains and cruise ships approaching the Marina. The condo itself had all the comforts of home, was clean, and well maintained and had the best stocked kitchen we have ever come across. The convience of the Peninsula Plaza was an added bonus for those nights when we didn't feel like cooking. We ate at de Santos our first night and received our first round of drinks on the house (5 adults in our party) the food was excellent. Thierry Steakhouse had amazing food as well and we ate at Chili's which was also great. There were several other options in the Plaza if you didn't want to cook and we even visited the small casino that was there. In town we ate at Pipi's Mexican restaurant with margaritas the size of your head and great food with large portions as well as Senior Frogs for a fun filled lunch. The grocery store was a five minute walk with everything you need as well as a Walmart and Costco which we didn't use. The owners were easy to deal with and the staff at the condo complex were always happy to greet you with a smile and conversation. There was waiter staff around the pool and on the beach with a light fare menu (on weekends) which was very good. The beach and massive pool were cleaned daily and the washrooms in the lobby sevicing the pool area were always clean! The photos that are listed are accurate but until you are there, you can't even begin to appreciate the unit. We had an amazing time and would recommend this unit to everyone.

Oh, the views, indeed spectacular both from inside and outside on the wrap around balconies. Oh, the residence, spacious, the furnishings and art work luxurious, with a fully equipped kitchen even for the avid chef. You can easily walk to Sorianas supermarket for all supplies with Walmart, Costco 5-10 minutes away by taxi. Downtown with shopping, restaurants and Mexican charm easily accessible by both bus and taxi. The staff are so friendly and will help you with all your needs. This was probably the best vacation I have had in more than a decade. We really enjoyed the condo to the fullest. The rooms were very large and comfortable and the kitchen had everything that you could want if you chose to forego the various incredible restaurants within walking distance. What really made the vacation and the condo great though were the owners and the staff at the condo. The staff was there to support in every way from bringing water to the condo, helping with groceries, passing along an umbrella or ensuring there was a taxi to take you anywhere you needed to go. With two small children like ours, the comfort and convenience was more than we expected. We look forward to staying again for another month next summer. Thank you very much Hadi and Bobbie. We stayed at this condo on April 20-25, 2011. Our group consisted of 4 adults and a child. The place is exactly as advertised and looks like the pictures. Without a doubt the most impressive feature of the condo was the amazing views and wrap around patio. The interior was nicely furnished and very comforable and included secured wireless internet. The unit was very child friendly and the pool was as well. The pool has a huge shallow area that allowed our son to play around, which was enjoyable. The location was perfect for our group. The main downtown is only a $5 cab ride, so there was plenty of action if we wanted it. Last, the owners were very helpful, responsive and easy to deal with.

We just returned from this beautiful condo. It was absolutely fabulous!!! We couldn't have asked for more. The condo itself is so spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The view is unbelievable!! We love the location also. Very easy to get to the downtown area. The staff at the condo complex was wonderful. We loved Juan!! We even got to release baby sea turtles into the ocean and saw them hatching in their nest on the beach. We would highly recommend this condo to families as it has a lot of room. Missing the Puerto Vallarta weather as we are having a blizzard right now! Thanks Bobbie and Haddie for the wonderful condo experience!

We spent a fabulous week in Puerto Vallarta at Bobbie and Hadi’s condo in Peninsula. Their residence is beautiful and fully equipped with all the comforts of home and comfortable furniture. From the balcony you can experience breath taking panoramic views of the Bandera’s Bay. It is as depicted on the website, no surprises! My family and I also had rented another unit in the Peninsula, no comparison. You can’t possibly go wrong renting Bobbie’s unit. This place is very close to local markets, super markets, and is adjacent to a shopping strip. There are 3 pools and a great beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance. You can even walk to the grocery store within a few minutes. Taxis are very inexpensive and easy to obtain. There are a lot to do within easy reach. When we go back we will definitely stay at the same condo when available. Hadi and Bobbie are honest and trustworthy and reliable.
