Cozy, yet spacious 1250-square-foot condominium. Two bedroom/two bath; sleeps seven to eight. Great location, one block off Main Street (downtown) within walking distance to the slopes. A FREE shuttle is also available directly outside the building. Its first-floor location provides easy access for loading and unloading. Within minutes of your arrival in Breckenridge you, your family, and friends can be enjoying the Breckenridge community!
This unit offers comfortable sleeping (new firm mattresses). Master bedroom: one queen-size bed with master bath. Second bedroom: two twin beds (all linens provided). There is a queen-size, sectional sleeper in the living room, which easily sleeps two. There is also a futon in the adjoining room, which provides for extra sleeping accommodations.
The living room is cozy and a great place to unwind, gather around the fireplace after a hard day shopping or skiing. Or, simply just relax with a good book or play cards at the game table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, and utensils. It provides all the necessities for creating a gourmet meal.
This unit has heated underground parking and washers and dryers on site. There is a patio attached to the complex, with a gas grill and picnic tables. This is great for entertaining outdoors and taking in such majestic mountain views.
Other amenities include phone, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, and stereo system for your enjoyment. There is an outdoor heated pool with outdoor/indoor hot tubs.
This is a great year-round vacation spot! Call for daily and weekly rates and specials. No smoking. No pets.

I am an environmental consultant. My family and I have lived in the Denver area for 25 years. We love Colorado and once we got the chance to have a dream second home in Breckenridge, we jumped at it!
Why the Owner Chose Cimarron
My wife and I loved the town of Breckenridge. It was a four season place that we enjoy every time we go up to the mountains. We live only 80 miles from Breckenridge but it might as well be 800 miles! It is truly a beautiful escape on all levels.
