  Usually I don't write reviews at all, but this time I would definitely I would give one on this. If you want a place to go relaxing this is it.The place, the view and the whole experience is fantastic. Photos tell part of the truth since the place is far more nicer. Comfortable and relaxing, and very well equipped. The feeling that you get is that want to spend more time there! Owner was helpful and the crew with great positive attitude. Definitely I would recommend the property. Nearby things to do, is the JW Marriott, the Windham, Playa Blanca Resort, and a new hotel that it is under construction. All these are great hotels and if you plan to have a romantic dinner or go party these are good options. If not theres a small mini market where you can have almost any supply you need. There is an agency for booking snorkeling, diving, or renting ATVs.

  I would say that we had a great time at the condo. It had all the features that they offered in the web page. The person who gave us the keys and received when leaving was very kind and informative. The beach was great and close, we drove by car and could use the hotel chairs and cabanas, this because the beach is public, so no problem. We also rented wave runners at the beach. We did take the recommendation to buy groceries at the Reys store which is 30 min before arriving, excellent idea and great shopping, they have good stuff and groceries. I would recommend the apartment when traveling with family to Panama, great experience and the driving distance from Panama City is not far, the road is in good conditions. The owner of the apartment gave us the best service.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Very clean and nice condo on high floor with sweeping views; large balcony area. Appreciated separation of the two bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and nice furniture. Large pool and deck area for building; parking spot just outside lobby door. No real complaints.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  This property is in desperate need of paint, maintenance, small repairs and a thorough cleaning. Air conditioning units in Master Bedroom and living area are not sufficient enough to cool or dehumidify. Owner eMailed old rates (very enticing) for the all-inclusive further leading to the deception. The beach and swimming were as we would have expected. Xoko's restaurant on the highway just beyond the Decameron, still dishes out a delicious meal and great service. Locally, the new Mediterranean (Beruit), and hamburger restaurants in the condos they are now selling; are worth taking in. Would definitely pass on returning to this property and Playa Blanca.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  Owner response: For the "all inclusive" pricing I provided a rate sheet I had from the hotel and it turned out that the hotel had recently increased the prices. In no way I was trying to "deceive" anyone and I have nothing to gain from it since that payment is made directly to the hotel. I did not hear anything about any issues from them during their stay but got this review afterwards. Had they mentioned anything during the stay I would have tried my best to accommodate any issues. I try my best to provide the best pricing, communication and satisfaction for all my guests and I am sorry that their stay was less than perfect.

  Being the first time we have used vrbo and were nervous about it, we could not have been happier. The condo was very roomy and clean. It was better than the pictures online. Very quite for a condo building. There is a separation from the other condo on same floor which has a door which makes it rather quite. Bed was super comfortable as it states. Wish I had looked at mattress to find out the model before we left. The bed is very important for us to be comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied and had anything you needed, even soap to wash dishes. You are able to use the beach in front of Playa Blanca and their chairs. Just bring your guest letter and show to gate men and you can park close to the beach so you don't need to walk as far. Just easier for the older folks. The owner was easy to work with. Brock and Catharine went above and beyond as property managers. Brock gave us directions that were very good since we had to travel partially at night from Panama city which is not easy there. If we were not so tired due to the airport issues for a rental car, it would have been less stressful for my fiance to understand Brock better. They waited rather late for us to arrive and meet them to take us to the condo. Catharine waited and stood on the side of the road for us so we could find the location to meet. Realize this was a highway and very dark. Anyway, they helped us with anything we had questions about. Catharine even went as far as taking the money for a ticket Mike received for speeding to the facility which was too far for us to drive to, which was so unexpected. Even emailed us a receipt to show it was paid. (note: be careful, the signs for the speeds change and there lays the police to catch you. Also they take bribes to avoid the costly ticket. Wish we knew that before) With the few bumps we had, everything went perfect regarding the condo. We would certainly come back and stay here again. A restaurant we can highly recommend is the El Galleon (sp) Get the clams in garlic sauce appetizer. It is like nothing I have had elsewhere. Big bowl with about 75 small clams with spices, garlic, peppers, etc. Once you take the clams out of shells you have a soup in a way. YUM Everything else was terrific too. We most likely be buying something in the near future to retire. This area was very nice. Don't hesitate to rent this condo.   We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Vimal was very helpful and was very responsive to our inquires. Brock, the property manager, is a very nice man and he was also very helpful. Although we don't typically stay at gated communities we were able to secure bicycles for the week so we could enjoy the company of the locals. The bars we were suppose to avoid in Rio Hato were lots of fun and we were able to make many new friends.

  Condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Internet service excellent. Enjoyed the beach and pool daily. Recommend visiting new fish market on the main road which had a great selection and excellent prices. Stayed in Panama City on our 1st night and went on a 1/2 day Panama Canal boat tour that took us through 3 locks (highly recommend) and the last night of our trip to avoid morning hour rush hour traffic into Panama City (we had a 10 am flight). Purchased our food and staples at the REY in Coronado (30 minutes away) prior to checking into the condo. Prepared great meals at the condo every day and relaxed and enjoyed our meals on the balcony. Enjoyed trip to El Valle to visit Sunday market (45 minute car ride) and spa at neighboring Decameron resort (10 minute drive). Can not say enough about the owner's responsiveness to our questions. He is thorough and detail minded. Site managers excellent. We had zero issues and would rent again.

  My husband, our baby and I had a nice time at this spacios condo with all the amenities of home. The beautiful beach was a short walk and the ocean views were stunning. Great place for kids, the owner and his property managers were wonderful and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property!

  The appartement is very spacious, clean and well equiped with a confortable wind (I used the AC only few times for sleeping). The app is at the 11th floor with a very beautiful view of the ocean. The building is very quiet with a very clean pool ( each day ). I recommend.

  We were in Panama for medical reasons and had several days free and wanted to get out of Panama City to someplace quiet and peaceful. We hadn't been able to pre-book as we didn't know how things would go and when we would be able to head to the coast. We emailed the owner asking for availability and within less than 24 hours we had booked, had directions and were checked in to the resort. The property managers took very good care of us, and it was just what we needed. Very quiet and peaceful and we could get much needed rest.
