UNIT FEATURES:
Our Condo is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 126 sq meters (1350 sq feet) with two balconies. It is on 11th floor just below the penthouse. You will LOVE the unobstructed view of the ocean and the Lagoon from Balcony, Master Bedroom and Living Room. The unit welcomes you with private access from the elevator, grand entry door, 9 feet ceiling, Italian Tiles throughout, floor to ceiling glass doors & windows in Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Living Room.
We provide FREE WIFI HighSpeed Internet and Cable TV included in the rental rate.
FURNISHINGS:
We use this unit as a vacation home and have furnished it with high end modern furniture and amenities.
KITCHEN:
You will love cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with view of the mountains. Kitchen features full size stainless steel appliances - fridge, gas cooking range with oven, microwave, ultra quiet dishwasher.
We provide all utensils, silverware, serving dishes etc. The kitchen also features coffeemaker, toaster, blender. You will appreciate granite counter top and high end modern cabinets.
DINING/LIVING ROOM:
We have furnished this area with all modern style dining and living room furniture. You can enjoy 32" HDTV while eating dinner or relaxing on the sofa/loveseat.
MASTER BEDROOM/BATHROOM/Walk-in Closet:
You will LOVE sleeping in the plush king size bed with high end Simmons beauty rest pillow top mattress. This is the very best mattress available in Panama since we feel that a good night sleep is key for any good vacation. Wake up to the awesome views of the ocean from your bed.
You can also enjoy your morning coffee in the separate seating area in the master bedroom, while looking out to the ocean views through floor to ceiling sliding door that opens into the balcony. If you wish you can walk directly to the balcony from Master Bedroom to enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean, lagoon and the mountains.
The master bathroom features a full size bathtub with rain-shower shower head. You will appreciate modern style faucet and wash basin. You can enjoy endless hot shower since the unit is equipped with Instant Water Heater, so no running out of hot water while taking a shower.
You can get ready for your evening dinner in the full size Master walk-in Closet area. There is ample space to hang your clothes or store them in built in shelves.
BALCONY:
This is our favorite area of the condo. Our balcony is full size with dining table/chairs for your enjoyment.
You will LOVE the panoramic ocean views on one side and lagoon on the other side. You can access the balcony via floor to ceiling sliding doors from Living Room and Master Bedroom.
GUEST ROOM:
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed also with the same mattress as in master bedroom (high end Simmons beauty rest pillow top mattress). We also provide a day bed in this room for your reading pleasure, which can be converted to twin sleeping bed at night.
There is a separate balcony in this room with gorgeous view of the pool and the mountains. There is ample built in closets in this room to store all your belongings.
POOL:
You have access to infinity style full size pool with lush gardens. You will enjoy a dip in the pool.
FOUNDERS TOWERS:
Our condo is located in Founders I Towers within the resort. These are the newest towers in the resort and Founders I offer the best views. Furthermore since my condo is high floor it provided un-obstructed views. These towers provide true luxury and all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation.
Playa Blanca Beach Resort:
Playa Blanca was recently voted as one of the must see areas in the world by New York Times. There is an All Inclusive Hotel within the resort where you can enjoy the restaurants, additional pools, activities, evening entertainment programs, etc. for an additional cost. Please contact for details.

We were in Panama for medical reasons and had several days free and wanted to get out of Panama City to someplace quiet and peaceful. We hadn't been able to pre-book as we didn't know how things would go and when we would be able to head to the coast. We emailed the owner asking for availability and within less than 24 hours we had booked, had directions and were checked in to the resort. The property managers took very good care of us, and it was just what we needed. Very quiet and peaceful and we could get much needed rest.

Best location in Founders One.Views from balcony to ocean are perfect.Owner easy to work with.Onsite managers Brock and Catherine very informative for restaurants and day trips.Condo has all amenities for two couples.Great layout with bedrooms at opposite ends.Will recommend to friends and will stay longer on next visit.Pipi's restaurant on beach a must along with our favorites El-Galileo and Los Companos forgive spellling.We couldn't ask for a better location.Walked the beach and used pay as you go at Playa Blanca Resort all inclusive.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Owner was quick to respond and his on the ground property managers were excellent. The apartment is absolutely breathtaking. The furnishings are the best we have seen in Panama. The weekend was an all around good time (except for the rain).

Well,let me tell you the owner of this property was great to deal with.He made everything very simple and great explanation of directions from airport and what to expect on arrival. Next of all the place was beautiful with the most awesome views.As well we meet some great people in the same building.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.We loved it!!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were happy that we did. We arrived on 12/26/09 and found the unit to be clean and spacious. The pacific ocean views from the master bedroom, livingroom and balcony were beautiful and unobstructed. The unit was also quiet since it has a private elevator entry. The condo was modern, very clean, with a full/modern kitchen. All of the appliances were new and in working order. The building itself is well maintaned and has a nice pool behind it with lounge chairs. There is also a barbacue by the pool. Close by are some terrific attractions such as El Valle which has a terrific restaurant "Casa de Lourdes" and also horse back riding which you can get on Calle Hato (look for Metzila, she is the recommended expert) The drive up to El Valle on a Sunday morning to see the sunday market is also enjoyable. Close to this unit also is the Bristol Buena Ventura which has another excellent restaurant. We bought the fresest veggies at the El Valle sunday market and got supples at the supermarket "REY" which is 30 minutes up the road from the condo and were able to have breakfast and lunch in the unit every day with spectacular views from the balcony. If you plan on traveling to Panama/Playa Blanca I recommend getting Frommer's guide book. This will provide you with an opportunity to see the many attractions that are located nearby this unit that you may otherwise have missed. The owner of the unit was very helpful in answering all of my questions and always got back to me promptly. Lastly, if you plan on driving from Panama City to Playa Blanca do not worry. The road is in good condition and it is an easy drive. I would recommend a GPS which we got with our car rental through Thrifty. This helped us with our side trips to El Valle and with getting from Tocumen Airport to the Interamericana highway. If you choose this unit I am sure that you will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed this condo on Playa Blanca. Beautiful views! We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was very comfortable and convenient to the other ammenities offered by the resort.
