Hi! I'm Dave and I want to thank you for taking the time to look at our rental condo listing. I'm an SAP BI software consultant and travel all over the country for work, and I love what I do and where I spend my time. I am also a Naval Academy grad and enjoy sailing and skiing and other things, and have really enjoyed my own short visits to New Hampshire's White Mountains. I've been blessed with a great reason to spend time there in the summer and fall and to unwind from my busy schedule working with many fortune 1000 companies.
We purchased the property so we could enjoy skiing at one of our favorite northeast areas, and have a place big enough for a family get together. We've also found that its very relaxing in the summer, super pretty in early october and an awesome place to live or work away from home while listening to the river at night or enjoying the nearby jacuzzi or s'mores at the firepit. I hope you think so too after you've stayed there and that we've helped make your visit easy and fun by including some extras you'll not find at any local hotel!
Most people who have stayed at the unit have said that they liked listening to the river right behind the building at night, the convenience of the free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain, the firepit and jacuzzi, free tubing on the river in the summer and how large and comfortable the place is.
