Beautifully Remodeled Condo Across from Hyatt!

  We were at Incline for my niece's wedding, and many of the activities were at the Hyatt. The condo location was ideal! We could walk back and forth in less than 5 minutes! The condo was well appointed, bright and cheery. It was well suited for our family of three couples and a 9-year old. Several beaches are within a 5-10 minute walk, and groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores are within easy reach by foot. In spite of the convenient location, the condo is quiet. Darin was very helpful in answering questions and helping us find things we needed.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  This condo is exactly how the owner describes it. It was clean and well maintained. The owner's upgrades are gorgeous. The large open feel of the upstairs kitchen and great room was beautiful. We felt right at home! This condo is also "kid friendly", with the bunk beds and futon and television in one of the bedrooms. The photos do not do it justice. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. The location of the property is great, across the street from the Hyatt, the lake, within walking distance of The Lone Eagle Grille. Up the road, within walking distance, is also a little mall of restaurants, a bakery, and deli. It is also very close to Diamond Peak, which has great skiing, especially if you have children! We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to rent this property again!

  My family recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful, comfortable condo, across from the Hyatt. There were 7 of us, and the living/sleeping/bathing accomodations were perfect. The property had everything a traveler could want or need, including an awesome kitchen. There was quite a nice, big, outside space, too, and we used the gas grill twice! Access to beaches, water sports, grocery stores, mini-golfs, restaurants, and fantastic scenery was easy and near-at-hand. The owners were friendly and helpful right from the start - we felt as though we were staying at a friend's place. This was our first experience with VRBO and I would highly recommend it to all travelers. We will definitely use it again and, if heading toward Lake Tahoe, would book this condo in a heartbeat!

  We stayed at this condo for a week in August. The location can't be beat - as advertised, right across from the Hyatt, and also across the street from the Hyatt beach. We had sunset drinks on the pier at the Lone Eagle Grill, and loved the convenience of being able to pop over to the Hyatt to play a few games or visit the spa. The condo has all the amenities, a great kitchen, and our four-year-old daughter was SO excited to sleep in the top bunk, and watch the numerous dvds on hand. Also, one of the best amenities was that staying here gave us access to the private incline village beaches and playgrounds. We spent most of our time at Burnt Cedar Beach, where our daughter went down the waterslide again and again!

  I was in Incline Village for a wedding at the Hyatt. The location could not have been more perfect and the price better! We are a family of 3 adults and two children. The children were thrilled to have the opportunity to sleep in bunk beds and, the minute they saw them, decided who would occupy the top bunk each of the four nights we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The patio provided a wonderful quiet place to relax and even to enjoy a meal. The lock-box system worked well. If you need to be in Incline Village, you won't find a better, more convenient place to stay with your family.

  What a great place to vacation! The condo was very family friendly as well as spacious and comfortable. The condo's location is absolutely perfect...definitely couldn't be any better!

  We have been staying at the Hyatt for more than 10 years because of the proximity to the beach, lone eagle grill and lakeshore drive. Our kids have gotten to an age where we need more space. This condo provides the extra space we need and the proximity. The condo is indeed super clean and has a nice size deck with view of lakeshore. We would use it again for sure.

  Darin: We had a great time. Your description was right on. The proximity to the beach, great restaurants and golf made it really easy to partake of all the best of Incline. The best part was sitting on the deck in the morning with my cup of coffee and just "chillin'". By the way, BigWater Grill did have the best views of the whole lake. Thanks again.

  Comment Text: The pictures don't do this condo justice. The location is perfect, great floor plan, beautiful 'Tahoe' decor, equipped for eating in or grilling on the huge patio AND a washer dryer. Next time I will stay a day longer because I don't have to hurry home to wash clothes. Summer or winter it is PERFECT.
