You will be two blocks from Incline Beach, and Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just a five minute drive (or take the shuttle that stops across the street and leave the car at home). This is one of the CLEANEST vacation rentals you will find! This two story condo is across the street from the world famous Hyatt Resort with restaurants, night life, casino, and spa just a two minute walk. Enjoy drinks at the Lone Eagle Grill lakefront restaurant without the hassle of parking, or grab a coffee around the corner at Indu's Deli and people watch. There is always something happening in this part of Incline Village! At just over 1500 square feet, you will find everything you need to make your getaway comfortable. The upstairs features an open living area with 15' vaulted ceilings, soft leather couches, 42" Panasonic plasma HDTV with Sony DVD/CD player, ipod/mp3 adapter, gas fireplace, pub bar dining area, and lots of cool art. The kitchen is fully equipped with maple cabinets, granite counters, range, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and some basic supplies. There is a private utility room with washer/dryer and also a remodeled powder room upstairs. From the living area you will have access to the incredibly spacious deck overlooking Lakeshore Blvd. The deck is approximately 270 square feet with plenty of room to dine, BBQ, or just relax and enjoy the view. The downstairs features all three bedrooms and two beautifully remodeled baths. The master has a king bed with private bath, Bose Wave CD player, mirrored wall, and lots of room. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, mirrored closet doors, and Phillips CD player. The 3rd bedroom has a futon which folds into a double bed, twin bunkbeds, mirrored closet doors, 14" Toshiba TV/DVD combo, and lots of games/toys in the closet for your kids. This unit has been substantially updated with all new kitchen in 2010, new wood laminate flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, knotty pine doors, tile entry, two skylights, reindeer chandeliers, and many other updated features. There is LOTS of off street parking with easy access to this unit. And YES, we have high speed internet with WiFi!

We have an excellent 3rd story deck with views of Lakeshore Blvd and filtered views of Lake Tahoe. Our deck is unique as it is LARGE, private, and really does extend the living area during warm weather months. Enjoy!

Part of the Hyatt, the Loan Eagle is the best lakefront bar and dining anywhere on Lake Tahoe. You will LOVE being right across the street!
This great "locals" resort is a five minute drive, or catch the shuttle bus that stops at the corner of Lakeshore Blvd and Country Club Drive. Best views of the Lake of any ski locale!
If you have never seen the view from here, you MUST take the 10 minute drive up Hwy 431 and check it out. Bring your camera!

We are an active family who enjoy the year round beauty of Lake Tahoe. The benefit to renting our place is that we are SO CLOSE to whatever activity you are seeking. We launch our Sea Doos in the summer and ski at Diamond Peak in the winter. We keep our condo stocked with new art work and nice furniture so it feels like home, not a trashy rental property. My family recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful, comfortable condo, across from the Hyatt. There were 7 of us, and the living/sleeping/bathing accomodations were perfect. The property had everything a traveler could want or need, including an awesome kitchen. There was quite a nice, big, outside space, too, and we used the gas grill twice! Access to beaches, water sports, grocery stores, mini-golfs, restaurants, and fantastic scenery was easy and near-at-hand. The owners were friendly and helpful right from the start - we felt as though we were staying at a friend's place. This was our first experience with VRBO and I would highly recommend it to all travelers. We will definitely use it again and, if heading toward Lake Tahoe, would book this condo in a heartbeat!

We stayed at this condo for a week in August. The location can't be beat - as advertised, right across from the Hyatt, and also across the street from the Hyatt beach. We had sunset drinks on the pier at the Lone Eagle Grill, and loved the convenience of being able to pop over to the Hyatt to play a few games or visit the spa. The condo has all the amenities, a great kitchen, and our four-year-old daughter was SO excited to sleep in the top bunk, and watch the numerous dvds on hand. Also, one of the best amenities was that staying here gave us access to the private incline village beaches and playgrounds. We spent most of our time at Burnt Cedar Beach, where our daughter went down the waterslide again and again!

I was in Incline Village for a wedding at the Hyatt. The location could not have been more perfect and the price better! We are a family of 3 adults and two children. The children were thrilled to have the opportunity to sleep in bunk beds and, the minute they saw them, decided who would occupy the top bunk each of the four nights we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The patio provided a wonderful quiet place to relax and even to enjoy a meal. The lock-box system worked well. If you need to be in Incline Village, you won't find a better, more convenient place to stay with your family.

We have been staying at the Hyatt for more than 10 years because of the proximity to the beach, lone eagle grill and lakeshore drive. Our kids have gotten to an age where we need more space. This condo provides the extra space we need and the proximity. The condo is indeed super clean and has a nice size deck with view of lakeshore. We would use it again for sure.

Darin: We had a great time. Your description was right on. The proximity to the beach, great restaurants and golf made it really easy to partake of all the best of Incline. The best part was sitting on the deck in the morning with my cup of coffee and just "chillin'". By the way, BigWater Grill did have the best views of the whole lake. Thanks again.

Comment Text: The pictures don't do this condo justice. The location is perfect, great floor plan, beautiful 'Tahoe' decor, equipped for eating in or grilling on the huge patio AND a washer dryer. Next time I will stay a day longer because I don't have to hurry home to wash clothes. Summer or winter it is PERFECT.
