Why the Owner Chose Lake Buena Vista
I sold more than 100 units in this complex and also purchased a unit. The location is the best in Central Florida located just 1 mile from Disney and make for a great second home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
For starters Lake Buena Vista Resort Village the best pool in the area, featuring a unique pirate ship a slide the goes right through the middle of it. Not only do kids love it but so do the adults. The resort also has a pool bar, Irish pub, pizza hut and other great amenities. We also have free shuttles to the theme parks, a outlet mall right next door and washer dryer in the room. If you have a family of 4 or 5, why pack into a lousy motel room for the same prize when you can stay in a full condo.. Trust me it is a no brainer.

Didn't Get the Condo that was promised

We arrived late in the evening, but told the owner this ahead of time and even called ahead the day of our stay and were told that we would get what was promised: a room with a view of the fireworks at Epcot (supposedly it was denoted on our reservation). We were promised this by our VRBO renter of this property. When we arrived, we were told that there wasn't a fireworks view, pool view, or even a ROOM available in the newer buildings by the pool (which was one of the main reasons we chose this property). We instead were given a view of the outlet mall parking lot and the dumpsters below (and the trash pickup service woke us up bright and early a few days of our stay). The room was OK, but sinks in bathroom wouldn't drain and smelled of sewage backup. We called twice to get this fixed without getting anything resolved. Also, the jacuzzi jets in this unit did not work in the tub. Overall the units are nice and we had a good stay, but we didn't even use our balcony due to us not getting the view we were promised.
Owner response:I run a 100% occupancy rate and a 99% satisfaction rate. Had this guest called me and told me he was having a problem I would have taken care of it and most likely upgraded him to a penthouse suite.

We stayed in this unit for a few days last week and it was fantastic. The amenities are great, including the fantastic pool. Very close to Disney, nice staff, accomodating owner, we will be going back. I was hesitant to write this review, b/c I want this place to be our little secret, but I decided to spread the word. We went with our two young boys, and they loved it as well. Pizza Hut came in handy, the convenience store did as well, and there are grocery stores just down the road.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
