What a perfect place to stay for your Maui vacation. We got there late at night with our exhausted 2 year old. The condo felt like home right away. After we explored the beautiful condo, we all went to bed and were very comfortable in our beds. You really do not need to bring much as this condo is stocked and equipped to live very well for your stay. The pool is gorgeous and so are the views and gardens. We were impressed with how clean the condo is and also how quiet the complex is. Thank you Lynda for allowing us to stay at your paradise. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful location and fantastic facility. Such a relaxing vacation, something for everyone. Beaches, surfing, snorkelling, swimming pool, beautiful running trails and shopping are close by. The aquarium and sugar train are great for young kids.

A peace of heaven...

We stayed at Lynda's condo last week and it was one of the best vacation of our life. The condo and area is immaculate, upscale and classy. We walked to the beach across the complex every day and found the beach by far the best in all of Maui. The beach was quiet, clean and calm... A combination that we found no where else in all of Maui. Lynda was a amazing host and very gracious to work with. We did not want to leave but are definitely coming back, and highly recommend Lynda's condo. Warm Regards, Yogi

Nice Layout, well stocked, nice patio, close to beaches

The good: - The guide book/binder to the condo seemed fairly complete - All the linens were cleaned and the rooms were well decorated. - The kitchen had all the tools to cook - Each room had plenty of extra blankets and such. - Patio was large - perfect for dinners and relaxing - The neighbors were very nice - A grill was provided - Plenty of sleeper sofas - Great Views - Easy access to all amenities - Plenty of parking - Simple directions to all events, airport. - Cleaning crew stopped in the day after we were there to provide more linens The Not so good - very minor: - The internet and cable went out for 2/3s of the trip. - The master bathroom is exposed to the main bedroom, so sharing that space was difficult. - The master toilet has no door, so the area had to be blocked for privacy - The main bath shower tile was not clean - perhaps dated, but it really needed a harsh scrub to remove the soap scum, mildew and such. - Grill required cleaning and a new gas tank to work(empty refill). Overall, it was a great space, a good location, and well managed. I think that there is a certain wear that comes from renting this out multiple times, and I would totally recommend this to others. The only issue that we really had was the dirty feel to the shower area, and the lack of internet through a lot of the vacation.

I'm pleased that you had a great vacation and for the most part you found the condo to be more than adequate and that you enjoyed the surroundings etc. I was at my condo in Oct. and organized a builder to come and construct a door for the Master bedroom bathroom as well as install new closet doors and dividers in each of the bedrooms. Maui is like 'manyana /tomorrow' time and I have to wait until March 1st for the building maintenance to begin... it is on it's way and all the doors are ready to be installed. Unfortunately you didn't get to enjoy them on this trip. The bathroom tiles & grout get water stained very quickly and I have regular maintenance/replacement done. Perhaps I should get this done even more frequently to avoid the soap film etc. I'll be there myself in mid Jan. so I'll definitely take a closer look at this area. There are two propane tanks for the BBQ provided and it's actually never happened before that they'd both be out of propane. Most tenants refill them, or ask the cleaning gal to do this and it's something that has worked well until now. My apologies for any inconvenience. I'm very happy that you were able to enjoy your vacation in my condo, and I do look forward to having you return. Kind thanks, Lynda

Thanks for a great stay in the Palms at Wailea. Your condo was perfect and made our trip comfortable and enjoyable! We arrived late on Sunday night and felt the headaches of traveling lifted when we opened the door and felt at home right away. The condo had everything needed to make our family right at home, was quite, clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends. Cheers.

Hi , Lynda I am back to work after being at your beautiful condo in Maui. Just wanted to let you know again how much we all enjoyed ourselves. It was great to be able to use the baby carseat, playpen and stroller. Our granddaughter slept like a champ ! We all loved the pool . Very nice holiday . Kim and Kevin had only been to Mexico , so they had never seen the beautiful blue water . They are already talking about going again as soon as they are able . Thanks so much , you allowed us to give our family a very nice vacation.

Hi Lynda, We had a great stay and loved the place! We've been to Maui several times, so we spent most of this trip at various beaches and with our various relatives who were also on Maui. Shannon was very helpful with the whole cable thing and we did our best to clean up, get laundry done (linens and towels) and make the beds up with clean sheets. Aloha Lynda. I must say your beautiful condo at The Palms in Wailea was well above and beyond our expectations, even after reading past reviews. The open, sunny layout and comfortable furnishings made it feel like home from the very first day. We loved the large lanai which proved to be a great place for morning coffee and birdwatching. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more - particularly the kitchen. The Palms complex itself is beautiful too, wonderfully landscaped and close to some of our favorite beaches. We would absolutely come back. Mahalo!

Aloha, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was very relaxing and we felt right at home. I slept like a baby every night. The weather was FANTASTIC the whole time we were in Maui. It was great to have the kitchen and all the items included. We barbequed on my birthday and it was the best meal it even beat the meal at the Luau. So many things to see and do in Maui. Advice to others travelling, read the Maui Revealed book. There is tons and tons of information in it and great advice also. Really I can't say enough about your condo or Maui everything was OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend staying here. Mahalo!

Wonderland!

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was just like "home" except included lots of sun, flowers, and smiles! It has all the comforts of a home, right down to a futon twin fold-a-way that was perfect for our two year old granddaughter, along with a booster chair. Lots of snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, sand chairs, and the like. It is in a great location, easy to get to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and hopping on the highway to go to Lahaina or other cities. Great place to stay! Can't wait to go back. The stay at Palms was a little piece of heaven. A home away from home if you will. It has all the comforts anyone could ask for. The condo was clean and very well kept. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and a great place to lay your head. The condo was very quiet and the outside deck was a fantastic place to eat breakfast and finish the day gazing at the stars. The condo is totally furnished. It is absolutely beautiful. The air conditioning was a nice treat at the end of a hot day. The full kitchen and barbecue kept us well fed and ready for roaming the beaches. On days when we stayed at the Palms the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. I rate the condo a 10 out of 10 and would go back in a heartbeat.

Lynda it was all we had heard and more. The wonderful mornings on the lanai with our coffee's were great! The sunsets from the pool were fantastic. It was like staying in our own home, the grounds where always meticulously groomed the people were friendly and so helpful. Booked tours and shows from the guest services folks. Everything was just to easy. I wish it would have been a month instead of two weeks the time went so quickly. The restaurant Joe's in Wailea was a great dining experience, and the sunsets from our table were awesome! The beach's around your vacation home were the best around. I know you are not supposed to touch the turtles if you see them, but one friendly one, swam by and brushed my leg, it surfaced, looked around and swam away, what a great experience. The beach chairs you supply were great. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at what I call my "Villa in Wailea." Can not express in words what a fantastic vacation we had. A true gem. Anyone looking for a fantastic vacation, can not miss here. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for operating such a wonderful rental. We had an absolutely fabulous time on Maui- the wedding was wonderful, the accommodations were beautiful- so nicely furnished and we were glad that we sprang for the extra a/c- it made it much more comfortable for everyone. We made good use of the beach gear and towels, and loved the saltwater pool and hottub. I will definitely look up your rental next time we are thinking Maui again. ;)

This high quality, spacious condo has all of the comforts of home. The property is clean and well maintained and the pool is a nice size with beautiful water views. While the condo is conveniently located you will require a rental car if you wish to eat at local restaurants in the area..The closest beach is a 20 minute walk or three minute drive. We would strongly recommend this condo and plan to return in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

Owner response: Walking times depend on which beach you wish to access, as Keawakapu is just below the condo complex. There are many restaurants that deliver right to the door, should you wish to eat 'at home' :) Happy travels.

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to enjoy this amazing island! Maui was all we anticipated and more, truly an island paradise! When we left Winnipeg, the temperature was -25 and -35 with the windchill. I wore my parka and long underwear. We arrived at your beautiful condo in the evening. We couldn't believe our good fortune. The unit was comfortable, inviting and so tastefully decorated. The little solar lights on the balcony added to the atmosphere. The chocolates in the refrigerator were a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. We drove the road to Hana, hiked to the summit of Haleakula, went out whale watching and thoroughly enjoyed surfing in the ocean. Mahalo for facilitating such a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much!

Pacific Paradise!

This place is all we needed and much more. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of open space with plenty of ocean breeze. We started with 4 people and ended up with 6 total by the end of the trip and we were still very comfortable. Love the decor in the bedrooms and the beds are extremely comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby and the beach is just a 5 min walk away from the most beautiful sunset.. I am planning my return to this pacific paradise, but this time I would like to stay for a longer time. Thanks for a great, safe home away from home!

A very nice, clean and well-maintained condo. Utilitarian arrangement and whole condo is very spacious so it is possible to fit a lot of people in it without condo feeling over crowded. The condo is beautiful decorated and lies in a very nice neighbourhood with a nice vibrate and atmosphere to it. Surroundings are beautiful and condo lies close to beach and several beautiful walks. I would definitly recommend this condo to friends and family and I really hope to be going back soon myself!

I stayed at this condo at the Palms with a few friends. It was perfect, comfortable, spacious modern, safe and I really enjoyed the area of Wailea. It was a short easy drive to the north coast, where we would spend most our days surfing and kite surfing and a stones throw away from seeing breath taking sunsets on the south coast. I would definitely stay there again and with a group of people would recommend it over staying in a hotel any day.

Thank you very much for opening up your Condo for us. It was beautiful and felt just like home, we all enjoyed it very much. You have everything in it, it is very well thought out, and we loved your updated decor! It was lovely to stay in a unit where the owner cared so much for it, and the beds and sheets were cozy too!! My sister thanks you also for the brand new sofa sleeper, she always gets the couch when we vacation and has never had a good one until we found yours. Cheers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Lynda's condo was great, we had everything we needed, including beach toys for the kids and beach chairs for us. It's a great place for a family, very comfortable and well-located. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the condo so much! We did a girls trip and we cooked in the kitchen every single night and ate out on the patio, which overlooks a gorgeous green landscape. The patio was very spacious with a nice big table for eating dinners, and there were nice lounging chairs for relaxing afterwards. The condo was very central and we were able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes. I would highly refer this condo to anyone who is looking to stay in Maui- its a really gorgeous spot to spend some time and its very quiet as well.

We had an amazing time at this resort, our room was spacious, and well equipped with everything you could think of, including scuba gear and beach toys for the kids. It is an excellent place for children, as well as relaxing without them. The location is great, as you are just a walk down to the beach, we enjoyed our "hotel walk" along the beach every night, enjoying the sunsets and watching the Luaus along the way. The condo has a beautiful Lanai, which we enjoyed dinner out on almost every night, and the location is only a few minutes drive towards the main shopping area. Wailea is a great place to stay because it is very central if you want to take short day trips and explore the island. The resort ammenedies were great, wonderful people, and beautiful pool and gardens. I can't wait to return!

Somehow, the condo is grand and yet homey. Comfortable. You won't hesitate to put your feet up. Perfect location in relation to stores and beaches. And every evening ends alternating between the pool and hot tub. I have stayed at The Palms at Wailea twice, and have been very happy with the property and my accommodations. Very easy and professional rental, as it should be.

"Len and I made our home away from home at Linda's Unit 706 for a few years and looked forward to going each year after Christmas. The complex is very quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Everything is supplied for you at Linda's Condo - right down to beach accessories and Golf Clubs. The condo is located in one of the nicest areas in Maui and has probably the least amount of rain on the Island."

For the week we stayed in Maui we found this location to be just perfect. The condo. is well appointed with everything required for a relaxing vacation. Even down to buckets and shovels for the children. The condo. was spacious, quiet and family friendly. Sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. A great pool too.

A beautiful spacious condo with luxurious furnishings. The owner has thought of everything to make you feel welcome and your stay enjoyable ~~~ from a well-stocked kitchen to beach supplies. This condo is fabulous. It has been an amazing place of respite for our family. It offers everything that we would want during a vacation. It is steps away from a beautiful pool and hot tub, has an amazing view of the ocean, is minutes away from various beaches, has a beautiful and comfortable decor, etc. I could go on and on. We love staying at this condo.

This is a magic place to stay,the Palms of Wailea consists of 17 acres of mature tropical palms and gardens beautifuly maintained. Lynda takes great pride in her property,it is a clean well apointed condominium close to all facilities and the beach. You will not be disappointed this is a great place for a relaxing, safe,no worries holiday. Enjoy. Richard Brabyn.

Stayed at this property,had a great time.Easy access to pool area,and beach. Grounds are lovely,for leisurely walks. The Condo is very spacious,and well appointed.Will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time at your place in Maui. It was perfect to be able to walk to the beach and to shopping centres, and especially to lay out on the lanai and relax! Thank you for a wonderful time.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Maui a little over two years ago. I often find myself daydreaming (especially in winter) of staying once again at Lynda's beautiful place. That was definitely one of our favourite holidays and not just because it was our honeymoon. Linda's place is absolutely stunning. We felt right at home and never wanted to leave. The views were awesome and relaxing by the pool added years to our life. The condo was amazing and very inviting. If only we were millionaires and we would rent it for life. Thanks, Todd Melton

Absolutely Amazing! The location is fabulous, a beautiful walk along the Wailea shore is just steps away. The pool & hot tub area are sitauted just perfectly for watching the warm Maui sun set after another incredible day. The condo itself, couldn't ask for better. It comes fully stocked with everything you need, all the snorkel gear, beach towels, pool towels, bbq on the deck, and just about every kitchen spice imaginable. The owner takes great care of the unit, it is always in top condition. I highly recommend this unit.

What a beautiful condo. The livingroom and kitchen area is so large and the kitchen had everything we possibly needed. We just loved the large deck especially all the beautiful birds that would come to visit us during our morning coffee. The master bedroom and ensuite is beautiful and the air conditioning in the bedroom was really enjoyed. With only a short walk to the ocean, we spent a lot of time snorkeling and swimming. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.
