This home features granite counters, knotty alder woodwork and hewn hardwood flooring. This is the kind of quality you would find in the custom homes at nearby Tamarack, but ours is priced at substantially lower, rental rates.
The master is on the main level with a king bed and access to the covered patio with private Hot Tub. Another bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed. A den off the entrance offers an additional sleeping accommodations in the form of a twin day bed as well as a work desk with a printer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunk bed that has a twin trundle, providing sleeping for four in that room. The recreation room offers a queen sofa bed. In total - the home has sleeping accommodations for 13.
Lake Cascade is at your door step, with the private lagoon that comes to the rear of the property ... truly a unique amenity.
This home is ideal for your winter visits too. A heated driveway and garage make this home winter friendly. Skiing at Tamarack Resort is only 10 minutes away and Brundage about 40 minutes. With the circle driveway and garage, this home can accommodate your snowmobile trailer too.

Great house and Location. Terrible Water

Stayed here for a week. The house and location are beautiful. However, we do have our complaints. There was no toilet paper, the Wii game console has no games included, and the WATER IS DISGUSTING! Can't drink or even use the water from any of the faucets because of the high mineral and Iron content. Nice place to stay as long as you bring your own TP, Wii games, and WATER.
Owner response:There was plenty of toilet paper in the cabinets and it was re-supplied during the week. Saying there was NO toilet paper diminishes this guest’s credibility. This guest contacted us AFTER his stay to make these assertions. He did not attempt to contact us during his stay so we may address his concerns. This unfortunately is a tactic we see from time to time to try to get compensated. Of course if he contacted us while he was there we would have been happy to address his concerns. The property has well water and a water treatment system and no other guests have commented on the water. As for the Wii game, the console is provided no assertion of game disks was offered although we do have the standard sports game the console came with that has been replaced after a prior guest apparently left with it.
