View the satalite or hybrid map which shows our exact location across the street from harbour town. We are Located on Calabogue sound with a direct view of the sound. Look out the back door and you are looking at Harbour Town & numerous restaurants and shops, marina, tour boats, rental boats. Harbor town golf course is home of the heritage, & 2 blocks to club house. Two other golf courses within two miles. Free open air bus to beach leaves every 20 minutes. This keeps the sand out of the car but you can drive to the beach if you prefer,there is plenty of parking. There is a very nice play ground across the street and a day camp for the kids. You can go do adult things and know the kids are taken care of at the day camp. You have Access to a 600 acre wildlife preserve with fresh water lakes and fishing. Opportunity to view wild life and flowers in natural setting.
This unit is well maintained and decorated. Any item you could possibly want is in the kitchen.
Walk down the sea wall to the marina and famous light house. This is one of the best locations to vacation anywhere. It has all things to do on a coastal location and all things to see. Great for a golf foursome or two couples with small children. Enjoy your coffee overlooking the yard and water from the balcony or the patio.
It doesn't get any better than this .

About the owner: i am retired and live 175 miles from hilton head so i get down quite often.this is really my second home and maintained accordingly.i have been involved with public companies and started some of my own.my sons now run the businesses i was last involved with and i am enjoying golf and hilton head.i am a widower so it is a nice respite for me.a lot of activities with friendly people .

i have had beach property at myrtle beach and edisto island.i find harbour town suits me perfectly.once i am here i can walk to 5 restaurants and all kind of shops.if i want to go the beach a free open air bus runs from across the street all summer.easy liveing.

harbour town and hilton head have anything you could possibly want in a coastal community,live theatre,nature preserve, three golf courses within two miles,about 30 within 20 miles dinner boats,many tennis courts,deep sea fishing.its close to savannah ga.and charleston s.c.two great places to visit.you have to work hard to get bored.oh yes for young children a great play ground across the street,and in the summertime,a day camp for children.
