It is within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile) from LuLou's, Rapscallions Seafood and Bar, PJ's Saloon, the Wonder Bar, Miguels, Paul Mitchell Academy, just to name a few. Shopping and movie theaters are less than 1/2 a mile away. Kings Ranch Grocery store is 1 block away. Many thrify shops and an antique mall within 1/2 mile. PETS WELCOME, it has a completely fenced in backyard.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Regular Rates .. $185/night (3 night minimum) .. $1000/week .. monthly negotiable.
Holidays Rates may be slightly higher.
A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each stay. A security deposit
of $500 will be charged to your credit card. This is fully refundable
at the end of your stay if there is no missing or damaged items or
extensive cleaning needed.
