Shopping and movie theaters are less than 1/2 a mile away. Kings Ranch Grocery store is 1 block away. Many thrify shops and an antique mall within 1/2 mile. PETS WELCOME, it has a completely fenced in backyard.

A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each stay. A security deposit
of $500 will be charged to your credit card. This is fully refundable
at the end of your stay if there is no missing or damaged items or
extensive cleaning needed.
