The house is located in the quiet historic Old Northeast neighborhood, and is situated among many larger homes. The area is very suitable for walking, and is only two blocks from the beautiful North Shore Park along the Tampa Bay waterfront. The park includes an Olympic size public pool and tennis courts. Downtown St. Pete, with lots of restaurants and great museums is an easy 10-minute walk, or only a few minutes by car.
The 1,400 sq. ft. house is very comfortable, and includes living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bath, and two-car garage (also has half-bath in garage.) It features a new fully equipped eat-in kitchen with state-of-the art appliances, including SubZero refrigerator, and granite countertops. The house was professionally decorated and is tastefully furnished. The lawn and landscaping are lush and professionally maintained.

This is a terrific house in a very nice section of the best old in-town neighborhood in St. Pete. If you are looking for a quiet, gracious, and well-groomed locale that is an easy walk to downtown and the waterfront, this is the place. The house is furnished in a clean and tasteful style, and the landscaping is very well-tended. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and very functional. The owner was helpful and responsive, and followed through as agreed on all items. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

What a great house! This spacious two-bedroom has recently been remodeled with great attention to detail - especially reflected in its terrific kitchen - and is tastefully furnished throughout. The owner could not have been more helpful in providing suggestions of things to do, places to see, and the best local restaurants. The house is located in an historic neighborhood perfect for walking. There is a beautiful waterfront park just two blocks away. It’s an easy stroll along the waterfront to the vibrant Beach Drive/Central Avenue area of restaurants, shops, theaters, and museums. We highly recommend this wonderful welcoming home.

Lovely, quiet neighbourhood! Clean, wellkept, bright house; FABULOUS modern kitchen; well-maintained landscape. Can't beat the location!!! .... walk to park and sandy beach, very close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc.
