The house is surrounded by lush tropical forests with attention grabbing Howler monkeys, gorgeous birds and butterfly species for you to enjoy a full nature experience.

The 10-mile long secluded beach is a 1/4 mile away. Horseback riding, Surfing, Kayaking, Snorkeling and Fishing awaits you. If you tire of the beach, lounge around the infinity edge pool and feel like you never left the proximity of the ocean. Excellent and reasonably priced local restaurants are nearby, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. Canopy adventures are within driving distance in nearby towns.

The property is located 30 minutes from the Punta Islita National Airport and a 1 1/2 hours drive from the Liberia International Airport. San Jose International Airport provides flights to and from Punta Islita Airport.

  • My family and I are English but I work and we live here in Costa Rica. Sometimes I need to get away to relax, destress and bond with the family. What we need is paradise lost, what we have discovered here is ..... PARADISE FOUND!!! A beautifully built house with all the mod cons that Gringos like us would want but, what is more, George has managed to retain its "Tico" authenticity. The restaurant at the small hotel in the bay has the most gorgeous sunsets, second only to the views from the house itself which overloks the natural estuary/lagoon. If you like hustle and bustle this is not for you. If you love peace, quiet, culture, nature and some of the friendliest people I have met in 3 years of living in Costa Rica THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. My 7 year old son sums it up. Quote "Daddy would sit for hours just looking at the view, he never does that!" George you have a guaranteed repeat client from us and ANYONE wanting a more detailed reference please feel free to call or email me. STUNNING!

  • George, My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your house. The view was beautiful and the pool was great! The people in town were very friendly, the short drive to Playa Coyote was great and it was fun to drive on the beach to Tanga's resturant. We really enjoyed the whole experience including waking up to the sound of the birds and monkeys. Thanks, Charlie
