The Villa Dunes has a total of 4 bedrooms; 3 in the main house (the Master Suite with a King Bed, Jacuzzi Tub and Steam Shower); a 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed and a 3rd bedroom off the pool with its own private entrance, King Bed, mini kitchen and bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom is in a 360 sq ft private Casita with its own bathroom with a corner jacuzzi tub and separate shower and even a TV for viewing from the tub.
The Villa has a total of 4-1/2 bathrooms, 2 with corner jacuzzi tubs; all showers have side and overhead showerheads. There is a total of 6 plasma TVs, one with a 54 inch screen. The Rec room has a pool table, video game machine with 130 games and a Soprano pinball machine. The magnificent pool has a beach entry, swim up bar, and a 130 foot river that wraps halfway around the house.
The spa is in a cave with a waterfall and slide from the top of the cave. The beautiful covered patio has a built in BBQ, stove top and mini fridge, a great dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights as well as a sauna.
The property has putting greens to practice those putts and a basketball hoop of course. Did we leave anything out?
