Mikes Poolside Villa is a freshly remodeled 525 sq. ft. condo with 18 inch tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This condo is one of a kind, private, great location, did I mention poolside?
The swimming pool is located 20 feet from your front door !!The gas grills are ready for your usage. There is a 50 inch Panasonic cable tv. This is a PRIVATE condo as it is only one of 2 occupied condos on the roof top POOL deck. 8th floor. The condo is in the Aloha Lani in Waikiki.
Parking is available upon request. Ideally suited for singles or a couple. You will love it. Opening special of $99 per night with parking or $90 per night without.
You would need to take the elevator to 7th floor and walkup 1 flight of stairs to the rooftop pool deck on 8th floor, to the condo. So you need to be physically fit.
This condo does not have AC it has 2 ceiling fans.If its too hot for you just jump in the pool!!
