We strive for a premium rental at family pricing. The Pool and Spa area feature picnic table with umbrella, Grill, Towel Racks, and Chaise Loungers. The Game Room and community play area have several options to entertain.
The young guests and young-at-heart have also enjoyed the movie-themed rooms – one with full-size bed and one with two twins (a sofa bed makes the unit sleep 10). We do look out for the young ones by providing locked-in-place stair gates, pool enclosures and an ADT verbal alarm (to announce if the pool door has been opened) and hypoallergenic bed protectors. Both your enjoyment and safety is our goal.
You will feel safe and happy at this home while you enjoy local activities or just lounge around the pool. At night, sit by the pool in your more private and serene area among the flora and fauna. The sky looks bigger, the sounds more welcome, it is truly a vacation to relax and enjoy!
LOCATION:
Davenport, a resort community, is minutes from Disney and Championship Golf courses.
You are only 1 exit from the Disney entrance off the I-4. SeaWorld, Universal and all Orlando has to offer is right up the freeway. You will be to Disney in minutes and back to the rest and seclusion of your villa just as swiftly.
The home resides in a conservation area, which means there can be no construction behind the home and you can enjoy the view and the privacy of not having backyard neighbors. You can see this in our photos.
A full service grocery store with bakery and deli is on the route back from Disney. Restaurants in the vicinity include Pizza Place, Chinese cuisine, and a donut shop. Across the street there is a pharmacy that remains open until midnight just in case you need it. Championship golf courses are immediately available and will provide a challenge for those up to Par.

Why the Owner Chose Sandy Ridge
I purchased this home to be close to Disney--without the congestion of the inner city. Davenport is relaxed and comfortable. When I saw the home I said, "I can retire here. I has everything I need." The home is minutes from Disney and I want to be a snowbird when I "grow up." Living up North in the summer and working at Disney when my friends are freezing and begging to stay at the house.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
The conservation area in the back. All the houses are the same in these developments-what makes them different is the view. The home has a nice view of trees and a small pond. It really is relaxing. The pool is great too: big and blue. There is nothing like taking a dip after a long day (having fun) at the parks.

In planning our first trip to Disney I decided to be spontaneous and invite my parents and my mother-in-law so they could enjoy a relaxing vacation and we could enjoy spending time with them. At first I thought my only option was going to be 3 hotel rooms for the 7 of us. Since this wasn't going to bring us all together easily and the idea was to have quality family time I decided to explore home rentals. I was certainly surprised to find it was going to be affordable for me and when I found the house I knew we were going to have a wonderful family vacation provided it was everything we expected. Let me be perfectly clear, it was everything we expected and so much more! It was clean and spacious (3 full baths!) , the furnishings were brand new and top of the line and the pool area was beautiful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the Disney decor throughout the house made you feel like a special Disney guest! Everything was close by without the hassles of bumper to bumper traffic. We could be to the park within 10-15 minutes while my father and husband went to play golf. Grandma's relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the quiet and privacy. At the end of the day we would all have dinner together, play games, watch TV (love the TV's), twilight swim and head to bed. Wake up and have a swim to start the day. The kids loved the pool. We shopped nearby for groceries and would eat in, grill out or even do take out. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed. As were were enjoying our last night by the pool before we headed home to our backyards in the the city my youngest ran up and said, "Grammy wants to know do we have to leave?" That's how we all felt and we can't wait to come back to our "home" in Florida.

We just stayed at this beautiful home last week. We had 2 families with 3 children and it was absolutely perfect. Each couple had their own bathroom and private space and the kids bedrooms were the best. The girls shared the 101 dalmatian room and had so much fun playing with the toys that were provided. Every detail was taken care of, including a completely outfitted kitchen. The pool was a perfect end to a day at the parks, I am just sorry that we didn't have more time to spend enjoying the home. We would defiintely recommend this home to any of our friends or family planning a trip to Disney

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation home, you have everything covered from pleasant decore,comfortable surroundings, and to make life easier you will find all the switch plates have labels so you know what dose what, thank you. After a long day at the theme parks it was great to relax by the pool and sleep away those aches and pains on the temper pedic beds ready for another day. We only have good things to say, we were sad to leave this charming villa.

Our trip to Disney was made even nicer, more relaxed and affordable with this charming home. We arrived late at night and did not have a moment to take it all in. Even when we woke up the next morning we rushed out to the Magic Kingdom after making breakfast in. At the park, my kids kept talking about their rooms! I had to laugh! We were on rides at the time! After a long day, my 5 and 7 year old girls were pointing out all the little "surprises" in their spotted room and my teenage boy just ate up the western room. My mother-in-law said I did a good job picking the house. And let me tell you, I think that's the 4th time she has said I did something right. The other 3 times was after my kids births! lol. It was a nice place that I am certain you will enjoy it as much as my family did.

Just lovely! We especially appreciate the detail and the amazing service that Victor provides. It's wonderful to deal with an owner that really cares about vacation! The house has absolutley everything, and tons more besides. Love the pool area, games room and the PS3!! The bedrooms are Disney vacations in themselves with fabulous theming. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book again next year! My Dad (who's in his 80's) loved the heated pool while the kids couldn't get enough of the game room! The bedrooms were superb! So many extra touches that you don't normally receive unless you stay in a 5-star hotel!!! The Tempurpedic Beds were so delightful especially after a long day of walking in the Parks. Of course, the Dalmation Room was our favorite....it's like waking up in the middle of the movie! It all seems like a dream now! Thanks again for making us feel so at home!

We had such a nice time at this home. My family of 4, two girls, usually stay at the park and we try a different resort each year we come. No matter where we stay we are squished all in one room and suites are priced out of the question. It also cost $40 just for breakfast—not to mention the lines. This year my brother’s family of 3 was coming with us—we wanted to bring him – but could not afford a second room. Four bedrooms rooms fit us perfect. This house was so nicely decorated we felt we were at the parks. I laughed when my brother asked, “So, did you really pay that for all this?” He deserved the relaxing vacation he got at this lovely home.The pool and the view were great! I hope it is available next time we come to the parks! In this economy, it was nice to have a place like this as an alternative.

Renting this house was a great experience for us. This was the first house we rented instead of a hotel and it really spoiled us. It's like our 3 year old kept saying, "lets go back to our new house". It felt like it was home away from home. From the pool(and hottub), to the game room, to Tv's in every room, to a furnished kitchen, and the washer and dryer, everything was right there for us. We would recommed this to any larger or multi families looking for a great place to stay in Florida.

The home was perfect. Nice view. Good access to get around town. Big TV's and a Game room. I was able to do a little work and having WiFi was great for me and my Brother. The kids loved the pool at night. I loved that it was quiet at night. You felt like you were in Florida. We ordered in or cooked in the kitchen-my daughter even baked brownies. I’m a single mom and I was invited to go to DisneyWorld with my older Brother and Sister and thier families. The hotel or resort options were just too pricey (I almost opted out-or my Brother was going to pay for me). I felt rather brilliant to think of renting a house for all of us. That brought the price down nicely. It also kept us together. We live in all parts of the country: Texas, NJ, and Vermont. So, I really was able to spend time with my sister and brother (you can’t talk much at the parks). A friend of my Brother was at a park resort at the same time and he dropped in on her way to Tampa. His mouth dropped open as he toured the house. He said his room for all 4 of them was the same size as the Master Suite! I don’t have to tell you what he paid it was 3 times what we paid for all 9 of us! I can’t imagine that being a vacation anymore. The other thing I liked was eating in. Sure, when my brother treated us to dinner it was great but…I saw the bill and that was more than what we spent at the grocery store for the entire week! I especially liked the beds. They were amazing. I took the smaller room (being single) and I just did not want to leave it. Also, there was attention to detail in the house. Every room had a surprise. Which was a nice treat. The price being what it was, my family and I want to do this again next year.

My wife and I found the place at the very last minute because the townhome we had stayed in last year was not available. We just loved the atmosphere and would come back again. Stephanie (my wife) and I relaxed in by the pool at night and listened to the frogs. I really felt that we were in Florida as opposed to stuck just another row of tents like the other places we have stayed in. The privacy did it for us. The kids loved their rooms and picked them out immediately. It was all very nice and well done. We had initially intended to have my wife’s parents and her brother over for a bar-b-q. However, when we saw that the dining area sat eight-I think, we had dinner inside instead (it also rained that day and my sister-in-law commented that looking at the rain here was nice--And they live in Florida). The dining table was huge and we had some nice dinners while the kids enjoyed time with their cousins. The cousins stayed over on the sofa bed during the weekend as well. The house fit us all for the same price as the townhouse we rented last year. It was near the parks like described (with less traffic than Kissimmee), and had an property manager, who gave us directions. I would recommend it to friends. When not enjoying the parks we could enjoy the home that was a nice change.
