Luxury apartment located in Brussels (Ganshoren) approximately 10 minutes away from downtown (Grand Place, Avenue Louise...) by subway or car.

This Penthouse Duplex features 2 bedrooms (1 with a King size bed and the other one on the first floor with a Queen), a converible sofa for 2 persons (a single camp bed can also be provided), a bathroom with big shower stall and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, double south facing terrace overlooking Brussels, large living room with HD 42' flat screen offering over 300 stations including 10 in HD, DVD player, WIFI, and a garage in the building.

The apartment is ready to welcome you for one day or several weeks.

A grocery store is only 10 minutes away by walk or 3 minutes by car. Several restaurants are nearby and on Sundays you can enjoy strolling along the open sky market Jette (200 m from the apartment).

Several bus lines are available right outside the apartment and the nearest subway stop is only 5 minutes away. Brussels International Airport (Zaventem) is about 15 minutes away by car.

The movie theater Kinepolis IMAX is near the Atomium, 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by Subway.

For a Parisian escapade, whether it is for the day or the weekend, you may also ride the TGV train and you will arrive in Paris in 1:20 minutes. These high speed trains commute between Brussels and Paris every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evening. Amsterdam and Bruges are also easily accessible by high speed train. The Belgian beach is about 50 minutes.

Il est totalement équipé pour vous accueillir de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines.

Vous trouverez un centre commercial à 10min à pied et 3 min en voiture ou en transports, plusieurs restaurants sont disponibles a proximité. Le dimanche vous pourrez également vous balader dans le marché ouvert de Jette a 200 mètres.

Plusieurs lignes de bus sont disponibles en bas de l’appartement et la station de Metro se trouve a 5min en transports

L'aéroport international de Bruxelles (Zaventem) se trouve à 15 min en voiture de l’appartement.

Le complexe de cinéma Kinepolis IMAX se trouve à proximité de l' Atomium, à 5min en voiture et 10min en transports

Vous pouvez également vous rendre pour 1 jour ou un week-end a Paris via le TGV en moins d’1h30 ! Des trains entre Bruxelles et Paris partent toutes les 30min le matin et l’après midi et toutes les heures le soir. Amsterdam et Bruges sont également facilement accessible en TGV. Posibilidad de rentar para unos días o para varias semanas. Se encuentra cerca de un centro comercial, 10 mn caminando, 3 mn en coche, el domingo se instala el mercado Jette, un encantador mercado típico. El metro se sitúa a 5min y varias líneas de autobuses tienen su parada al pie del edificio. El aeropuerto de Bruselas (Zaventem) se localiza a 15 mn en coche. El complejo cinematográfico Kinepolis Imax está instalado a 5mn en coche y 10mn en metro, muy cerca del Atomium.

Una excursión a París esta posible con el TGV: sale un tren cada 30 mn para París donde se llega después de 1h30 de trayecto. Es posible salir en la mañana y regresar en la tarde. Brujas, Ámsterdam están al alcance de la misma manera. La playa belga esta a 50 min en coche.

Ese maravilloso piso es una excelente opción para pasar unas vacaciones europeas ideales.

We enjoyed the stay very much - the neighborhood is very quite and nice, the grocery store and bakery are near, the apartment has everything you may need. And the best part was breakfasts and dinners on the lovely terrace. We would happily stay there again!

  • Queria darle mi satisfacion del alquiler de su piso que tuve en Bruselas . Todo era perfecto , encontramos el apartamento de un liempieza induscutible a nuestra llegada. Ademas el apartamento nos parecio mui luxuoso y mui agradable el tiempo que estuvimos viviendo dentro. La ubicacion super bien con todo lo necesario para moverse por toda bruselas que sea en coche o con los transporters a disposicion. Lo aconsejo a todo el mundo si quieren pasar un tiempo por bruselas porque no encontrar mejor. Hasta pronto si me voy otra vez por la capital de Europa :)

  • Your apartment is very nice and luxury, very well equipped, nice decoration, it is exactly like describe on the website, even better in real. We spent a very nice week there, with all the tips you gave us, the restaurants' guide, ... Moreover, a lot of places to park and free (and there is a garage), the bus and subway are really close and so the center is easy to reach. Peaceful neighborhood, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, nice view on the Atomnium, we spent a lot of time on the terrace to have drinks and dinner. We really enjoyed it and will certainly come back to your apartment for our next trip to Brussels. Thank you! Camille

  • Very beautiful and high level quality appartment. We spend a very nice week there as the center is easy to reach, restaurants and shops are really close and the appartment is simply beautifull! Moreover, the owner are really nice and gave us a lot of advices. The only regrets I have is that I could not use the beautifull terrace and his view because we went there during the winter...
