This home is almost brand new. It was built in November of 2006. This luxury home has 3 brick boveda dome ceilings that are spectacular. There is accent mood lighting in the ceilings making it even more dramatic. We put $60,000 worth of furniture in this home to make it very comfortable. The appliances are GE Profile stainless steel. The large deck has a Jennair built in barbecue. From the main deck you can see awesome ocean views everywhere.
From the second top deck you can see for miles down the beach. In addition to the 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, there is a large TV room with sofa sleeper and the great room also has a sofa sleeper. 4 out of 5 bedrooms have ocean view and all 4 of those bedrooms have king sized beds. The 5th bedroom has two bunk beds with doubles on bottom and singles on top. There are 3 fireplaces, 4 TV's all with satellite TV. There is a beach shower and the beach in front of the house is a very nice sandy beach. The beach access is directly in front of this house. There is only one house in front of this house and it sits very low so you can see over the top if it easily. The town is about a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a private gated community with security. There are many fine restaurants in town. There are three golf courses near by. There is boating and fishing nearby.
