This is a GREAT home !!!!!! The rooms are large and functional, we had ample space for all 6 of us. The deck and the view were amazing. Every night looking out to Griffith Observatory and the holywood hills. A definite plus, plus. The friends and relatives I invited to stay with us in the home were impressed with this home. Thad was very easy and accomodating to work with.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I stayed at the house with 5 other people and we were all very comfortable and had a great time. The view is spectacular. We did not want to leave. Silver Lake is an awesome area and we loved that we could see from the deck the conservatory where Rebel Without a Cause was shot. We were so close to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. Would love to stay here again. Loved the tiles on the floors.

My family and I stayed at this house for Christmas. Our daughter lives in the neighborhood, we had a great time. The house is very cool, lots of room and a great view of the Griffith Observatory from the deck. Thad was very nice in responding to everything. We would stay here again, We all loved it! Thanks Thad!

Some girlfriends and I rented the house for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, well stocked (dishes, utensil, cookware, linens, etc.), and had a certain charm (being an older house). It's located in a safe neighborhood and is high up in the hills (would recommend arriving during the daylight hours due to the narrow and somewhat winding streets). Also, the property manager that I corresponded with was very responsive. Overall, a great experience for the price!
