Location: Jolly Harbour, Antigua, Caribbean (Located on the Cusp of Jolly Harbour 10 Min Walk from Beach)

Accommodations:  Detached Villa, 5 Bedrooms + Attached Unit, 4 Baths (Sleeps 2-10)

Sunset villa is a large family villa, quiet and secluded yet within easy walking distance from fantastic new supermarket, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. This villa is unique in the fact that it boasts not only a full size 30`x15` swimming pool but an extremely cozy and secluded self contained guest cottage,ideal for friends, relatives or guests. There are four bedrooms in the villa ,one master, en-suite, 6`x 6 `double bed, one twin room with two double beds and two double rooms with queen size beds. There are two shared bathrooms. All rooms have patio doors leading out onto the sun decking furnished with sun loungers and chairs.The guest cottage nestles in the garden with its own veranda and out side seating and table.Inside it is air conditioned and extremely cosy with a double bed,mirrored dresser and draws,wardrobe,en-suite,kitchen and dining area.Plenty of room for two adults sharing.

For shade there is a covered veranda fitted with ceiling fans. All towels and bedding supplied(not beach towels).The kitchen has large fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. The living room has TV, DVD,i-pod docking station,satellite connection and extremely comfortable seating. All rooms are air conditioned with tiled floors, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes and dressers. There is also an electronic safe. Separate maids room with washing machine/WC.
The main villa and guest cottage are both fitted with locking storm shutters and seperate alarm systems for extra comfort and peace of mind.The entire estate has its own dedicated and friendly 24 hour security service.
Airport taxi transfers from/to V C Bird International Airport may be arranged seperatly through Typicaly Tropical. The villa is fully air conditioned. Deposit to secure booking is 25% with the balance payable 10 weeks before arrival date. We accept payment by check, bank transfer full details available via email. Security deposit $200 USD. Check-in from 16.00 and check-out by 12.00.
Maid service is also available. The air conditioned cottage, though fully self contained, will only be occupied by villa residents.It will not be let separately. It is situated in the garden with steps leading up to the pool area. Fantastic for that extra accommodation for friends or in-laws it is nicely secluded and peaceful yet still well connected to the main villa.

Car hire is affordable and exelent. Worth a day or two visiting a few of the 365 beaches,Nelsons dock yard,Shirley heights,English Harbour,Dickinsons Bay,St Johns market and more.
