My wife and I, accompanied by a friend stayed at this property in late March 2008. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was as if the owners had walked out and we walked in a half our later. The property was very clean and comfortable. The downstairs living and dining areas comforatbly furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to work in. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find. Upstairs the bedrooms were air and the beds very comfortable. We made full use of the washer and dryer saving a lot of time when we returned home. The location is perfect for visits to Vanderbilt or downtown Nashville. Our trip focused on musical events around the downtown area and at the Bluebird Cafe. We were never more that 20 minutes from our destination. The condo also has convenient access to the interstate highway system and more distant destinations. We enjoyed a nearby restaurant - The Tin Angel and recommend it highly. Really good food well prepared and served. Not pretentious but excellent meals. The owners were easy to work with. They responded to our inquiries promptly and with clear answers. Paperwork and payments were easy and our deposit refund was prompt. This is an excellent property and we will visit it again. All in all we recommend the property to anyone looking for a base for a Nashville adventure.

We stayed in this home for a long weekend in March 2011. The home is clean...the pictures and listing descriptions are very accurate. We were very comfortable with 3 couples..enough room and enough privacy for all. The master bdrm and bathroom is lovely. Our kids were staying in the other rooms and it was nice that they had their own bathroom and the bdrms were just a bit away from the master. The second floor is a great setup. The kitchen is well equipped. The LR is comfortable. The dining room is comfortable for 6. The location was close to downtown.(less than 10 min) Great to walk around both day and night. The airport is 15 min away! Couldn't be more convenient. We enjoyed Pancake Pantry for breakfast over by Vanderbilt University. Easy to get to the Bluebird Cafe for music.(our favorite place of the whole visit) Enjoyed Loveless Cafe.(about a half hour drive away) was a good adventure and yummy food. We also enjoyed the Opryland Hotel with the atriums...beautiful planting,. fountains... Louisa was very responsive to emails. In the home there are several books with information on the area. It really is a great place to stay . We would recommend this place . The tiniest little thing that we were missing in the home was music. It would have been wonderful if there was an Ipod station or just a free standing radio system. We play music 24/7 at home and it was so quiet in the house for us. There are plenty of tvs but no music system. (this really isn't a complaint tho...just a suggestion) Thank you Luisa. We enjoyed our visit and your home. The Murphys 2 from MA 2 from Ann Arbor Michigan 2 from Atlanta We loved meeting and being together in Nashville!
Owner response:Thanks for the suggestion Katherine, we now have a music system in the living room :)

This property is exactly as pictured. I was travelling with five girlfriends. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate for our group. The house was very clean and well-maintained. It is close to good restaurants, bars, and downtown. We had a car and it took about five-seven minutes to get to Broadway where we found parking on the sidestreet by the Ryman. We had beautiful weather in the high 70's during our stay. There is no better place than Rippy's upstairs terrace to check out the Broadway scene when the weather is that good! Highly recommend this property.

My wife had brain surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and my family stayed at the Fairmont over Music Row. It was a great comfortable place for the family to gather the night before surgery, and a great location (just a mile from the hospital) to stay during the hospital stay. It was so good to be able to leave the hospital and return at night to a place that felt like home. Thanks, Luisa for being so good to work with!

Just returned from a great stay there. Everything was as described and clean. Great space for a girls weekend among college friends. Easy driving distance to everything we saw (downtown, Hermitage, Belle Meade, Franklin) Luisa was responsive to our questions and helpful with information. Very easy to work with and returned our security deposit quickly. It was our first rental experience. We'd do it again and would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed in this condo in January, 2010. There were six women in our group for a girls weekend getaway. We had a fabulous time in Nashville and this condo was more than perfect for our stay. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. We rented a car so I can't review public transporation, etc., but it is centrally located, close to the freeways. We visited Bel Meade Plantation, the Opry Land Hotel, downtown Nasville, Music Row, Andrew Jackson's home, the Grand Ole Opry at the Rhyman. The Pancake Palace was a wonderful place for breakfast with quaint shops close by. The owners of the condo were efficient in arranging our stay and very accomodating to my phone calls and inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a home instead of a hotel room. Compared to the expense of a downtown hotel room, this is far better.

We really enjoyed the house! We all ran in the Nashville marathon and could not have had a better place to stay. It was super convenient in location and so nice to come back and just relax and hang out after the race. One in our group slept in the queen bed in the spare room and said she has not slept that good in a long time! She is still talking about how comfy the bed was and we all commented on how quiet the house is. Owners were so easy to work with and deposit came back very quickly which is always nice after a weekend of spending money having fun! We really enjoyed it and will certainly see if we can stay again on our next trip to Nashville!

We really enjoyed the house! The location was very convenient, close to everything, walked to Music row and easy access to highways. I could not have had a better place to stay. The house was clean and the kitchen fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the master bath felt like a resort. We will stay here again

This is a great place for a big group like ours. We loved having drinks in the back yard, walking over to the Station Inn for great music and being so central that basically everything was convenient. Terrific place and we'd stay here again.
