There is so much to do this time of year at Boyne. And, this condo is perfectly located to enjoy all the fun. Once you arrive, your car can stay parked as you are within walking distance of all there is to offer at the base of Boyne Mountain.
This beautifully appointed condo has Boyne Mountain 30 yards out the front door and the Hemlock pool just a short walk away. The Solace Spa provides a full-range of spa services including a full workout facility. There is also a pool and hot tub in the old Clocktower lodge. Avalanche Bay, the premier Northwestern Waterpark, is just a short stroll from this condo.
This 3 bedroom /3 bath condo can be rented as is or if you do not need that much space, we can divided it into a 2 bedroom /2 bath unit or a 1 room hotel style condo with a full bath.
If you do decide to hop back in your car, you are just minutes away from world class Boyne golfing and Deer Lake. During the warmer months, Deer Lake is a wonderful place to go with a beautiful beach, free canoes and kayaks for use, a tiki bar, and lots of lounge seating. They also have shuffle board and putt-putt golf. In addition, you can rent jet skis and boats, for a fee. We also love to mountain bike at Boyne. You can bring your own bikes or rent at Boyne Country Sports, right at the base of the mtn. If you call the switchboard, they will send a driver to take you and your bike up to different trails on the top of the mt. Or, the Hemlock chairlift is often open and you can take your bike up with you and ride down a multitude of trails.
You are only 15 minutes from Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix and, 30 minutes from Petosky and the casino and shopping this town has to offer.
Our goal is to fully utilize this condo, as such our rates are competitive.

We had a great post Christmas family get together. Since we had a lot of snow boarders/skiers was a perfect location to the advanced lifts as well as intermediate trails. We had plenty of room for 3-families and little ones. Great layout for the total group. Was close to all other Boyne offerings also.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

This is the ideal ski-in, ski-out condo. Not only is it close to the lifts, but is easily accessible to the indoor water park, restaurants, shops, etc. We had four adults and four children staying here and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone who was heading up to Northern Michigan for a fun-filled ski vacation. We will definitely be coming back here soon!

We have stayed in this condo in the winter and in the summer. Great location for both seasons, very close to the hills and to the pool. Avalanche Bay is within a very short walking distance as well as the Boyne shops. The condo is very well kept and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to prepare your own meals. The sets of bedrooms are sectioned off from the living/kitchen area by doors if 2 families share and quiet time is needed. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. We have 4 in our family and we come every year with another family of 5 and fit comfortably. We look forward every year to our time spent here because of the cleanliness, location and the ease of working with the owners.

This condo is in a great location. We have stayed twice and do plan to return. Just steps from chairlifts, easy for even the kids to manage their equipment out to the hills. Also only steps from an awesome indoor water park and the Alpine Village. The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable for a family of five. In fact we have shared the condo twice with a family of four and we all had lots of room. The condo has everything a family needs to feed hungry kids and room to relax and rest after skiing Boyne's great hills.

My family has stayed at this condo twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay! We have three young children and this condo is very spacious for all of us. If fact we have shared the condo with another family of four and honestly there was lots of room for everyone! The condo is very clean and comfortable, with everything a family of five needs for a few days of skiing. The condo is very close to chairlifts making is really convenient for us to carry our skis and even for the kids to manage their own equipment out to the hills. The condo is also just a short walk to the indoor water park and the ski village. It really is a great spot to stay, just a super location.
