  Sandra, We loved the apartment! It was amazing and had the greatest view. We had zero issues with the place. Everything was in perfect working order. I guess we did not turn on those lights, as we did not notice they were out... We restocked dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper, as per request. We also left olive oil and salt as there were none at the place. Thanks for an awesome stay! We really enjoyed ourselves! -Susanna

  We have just returned from a week spent relaxing on the beach, eating delicious food, and exploring the local towns. The charming apartment in Luquillo was perfect, providing all household necessities: linens, beach equipment, kitchen utensils, beautiful views - and very restful, comfortable sleeping in the sea breezes! There is a multitude of activities all within a 20 minute drive: El Yunque rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, deep sea or inland fishing, meandering through the local kiosks - it goes on and on. However, just as good as any other activity, is a day spent on the beautiful beach right at your fingertips. The beach the condo sits on is calm enough for family members of all ages; but if you are looking for more excitement, you can head just around the corner to catch a wave for surfing. So, in summary: lovely condo, beautiful beach, delicious food, and very relaxing! Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

  The condo is just as described and the owner has thought of and provided everything a traveler would need to be comfortable in this little home away from home. It is clean and very well stocked and is ideally located over looking the beach. It is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores etc and in driving distance of Old San Juan and lots of local attractions. We especially enjoyed the extraordinary food and service at Rincon del Sabor as well as the Brass Cactus both located in Luquillo. It was a great place to spend our two week Christmas and New Year vacation. Many thanks Sandra for sharing your place with us and for all your help and co operation. It was a pleasure renting from you, we love Puerto Rico, the people, the atmosphere and the climate.

  We had a wonderful time in the condo at Playa Azul. We were desperate for a week in the sun away from NYC and this was just perfect. From the easy drive from the San Juan airport, to the fantastic proximity to the beach, to the food options at the kiosks, to falling asleep to the sound of breaking waves, we couldn't have been happier. Day trips to other parts of the island are easy and being only 10 minutes from El Yunque is incredible. If you crave a taste of luxury the el conquistador resort is nearby for massages or other treatements but we felt so lucky to be staying in our own condo with the kitchen and basically private beach in front. Our favorite food spots were the Ceviche Hut at the Kioscos and Yunni's Pinchos about a mile south of PR 3 on the "Sabanna" exit in Luquillo (only open Friday-Monday). On your way to Luquillo be sure to stop at the fruit and veg stands on the road from the airport to pick up oranges, papaya, avocados and plantains. We hope to be back sooner than later!   My husband and I would like to thank Sandra for letting us stay at her little perfect place in Luquillo, PR. The location was spectacular and the condo was great just as the pictures indicated. Sandra’s little place was clean, cool and fresh. Looking out the balcony was so amazing with a beautiful ocean view. My husband and I went one evening to have dinner at Pasion por el fogon restaurant in Fargo, we recommend this restaurant highly. Sandra thanks again for letting us rent your condo. We will definitely go back again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Sandra provided all the amenities that we could have possibly needed--from beach towels, beach bags and umbrella, to the kitchen supplies, etc. The place is nicely kept and offers plenty of space for two people. The back porch overlooks the beach below and the view is breathtaking! The entrance to the condo looks out onto El Yunque rain forest- just as beautiful! The floor to ceiling windows allow for plenty of light and bring in the ocean breeze to help cool off. This condo is perfectly located--there is a grocery store across the street, several awesome restaurants within a mile or less, the rain forest is about a 5-10 minute drive, also within driving distance to Fajardo and the Biobay (a must-see while visiting!). The condo is very secure, surrounded by a fence and the only access is with the condo keys or through a guarded entrance that surrounds the parking lot- we never once felt like safety was an issue. Sandra was great in answering any questions we had and even offered suggestions on places to eat, things to see, etc. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

  In March our family took a 2 week trip to Puerto Rico...first we stayed in on the west side of the island in Isabela, next at the El Conquistador Resort and lastly at this condo in Luquillo. The entire trip was amazing but the last part of it was by far the best. This apartment allowed us to stay in Puerto Rico at a ideal location for a good price. Location, Location, Location....this where you want to be! The rainforest, the ferries to Culebra and Vieques are both with in 10-15 min. Groceries and restaurants are surrounding this property. The Ocean...well your basically on top of it! The condo itself is very clean and well taken care of. The owner has stocked it with everything you would ever need from books and movies to umbrellas and snorkel gear. The kitchen is also so well equipped you could make anything your heart desires. The property is also secure and very safe. While we stayed here we were able to spend a day on Culebra, do some amazing snorkeling and take in Flamenco beach. Spend the night on Vieques so we could swim in the bio-bay...AMAZING!! Spend a day in the rainforest. And spend a few days on the nearby beaches basking in the sun...in the late afternoon when we had too much sun we drove up into the rainforest to cool off. Like I mentioned before location is ideal! I hope that is helpful to anyone looking for peace of mind on where to stay.

  This spacious studio has cozy charm and epic views of a beautiful blue bay. Modest but well-arranged and comfy accommodations about 50 min average to San Juan (the way we drive). Apartment was very clean and has all the basic cooking, drink-making, and beach-going necessities on hand, as well as a decent dvd selection and "neighborly" wi-fi... Check out El Jefe Burger Shack 1 mile west at the kiosks and Lolita's Mexican fare a few miles east on 3. El Yunque was beautiful but full of tourists by midday. Go early if you don't want to be hurried along the paths. This place was everything we hoped it would be. Thanks Sandra!

  This is a very nice condo. It has everything you need within walking distance. Not only a nice beach a cool swimming pool, but also a close supermarket, drugstore and gas station, restaurants and access to the main road. Te condo has everything you need, only bring your very personal stuff and relax. The view is magnificent. The sunrise is just breathtaking and at the back of the building you have El Yunque National Forest. The Seven Seas beach, el Yunque Nat. Forest and the bioluminecent bay are other great attractions that are very close by car. My wife and I loved this place and we highly recommend it.
