Our family is the original owner of this studio apartment located on the upper floors of Playa Azul I. Playa Azul I, is a 22 floor beachfront condominium, located in Luquillo, Puerto Rico.

A beautiful 750 square foot studio apartment which feels very large - due to a 18' glass wall facing the grand Atlantic ocean. The entire apartment has been updated and is impeccably maintained. Recent renovations include a complete bathroom remodeling via floor to ceiling Egyptian stone and high quality fixtures. A new refrigerator, entertainment system, fresh paint and new electrical outlets complete this year's maintenance. Please note this is a smoke-free environment.

The gated Playa Azul Complex is located one mile from world class Luquillo public beach, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. The complex sits on its own large crescent beach. Inside the complex you will find tennis and basketball courts, two pools (including a toddlers pool), play equipment for kids, and a clubhouse. A grocery store, drug store, gas station, bank ATM, Laundromat, and several restaurants are within walking distance.

The condominium's location in Luquillo is ideal for exploring the Eastern part of Puerto Rico. The El Yunque National rainforest is just a few minutes West on Route 3 and Fajardo, with ferries to Culebra and Vieques, and its own natural wonder bioluminescent bay is a few miles East. Shopping in old San Juan and at the outlets, are 20 to 40 minutes away. Several championship golf courses are located at nearby golf resorts within 10 miles.

  • This is a very nice condo. It has everything you need within walking distance. Not only a nice beach a cool swimming pool, but also a close supermarket, drugstore and gas station, restaurants and access to the main road. Te condo has everything you need, only bring your very personal stuff and relax. The view is magnificent. The sunrise is just breathtaking and at the back of the building you have El Yunque National Forest. The Seven Seas beach, el Yunque Nat. Forest and the bioluminecent bay are other great attractions that are very close by car. My wife and I loved this place and we highly recommend it.

  • The studio is clean, view is amazing, open two gates and the beach is just there. The owner has done a great job keeping this place cozy and CLEAN. i spent a week and had a great time. Sleeping with the doors/window open feeling the ocean and waking up to an amazing sunrise.
