Come and enjoy the beautiful, restful Hawaiian lifestyle in our tastefully decorated and spacious three bedroom-three bath condo located in the Waikoloa Village on the sun-drenched Kohala coast. The view from both of our lanais is of the three fairways directly in front of our condo as well as a spectacular view of the Kona coastline. Our unit is located within fifty feet of one of two immaculately kept heated swimming pool/hot tub complexes, each providing a covered patio area available to our guests for barbeque's and pool parties. Discounted golf rates are provided for our guests on the beautiful Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., with the clubhouse and driving range only a few steps from our front door. Our unit is located on the second floor and is an end unit, providing lots of privacy and quiet relaxation for getting away from the hustle-bustle of life and truly accommodating a restful vacation.
As you enter our beautiful living room area you will be greeted by refreshing ocean breezes, a spectacular view of the course and incredible ocean sunsets. The living room is carpeted and has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, large bay windows and sliding glass door to the lanai. Our lanai looks directly out on the ninth green of the course and is equipped with a wet bar, sink, countertop oven, and comfortable dining furniture.
The condo is beautifully decorated and has been upgraded with Travertine tile in the master and guest bathrooms as well as kitchen and lanai tilework. Both the master and downstairs guest bedroom have King-size beds, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and two spacious closets. The master bedroom also has a large vanity area and a private furnished lanai overlooking the golf course and coastline. The downstairs guest bedroom has been tastefully remodeled in a Hawaiian surf theme with new blinds, bedding, and furnishings and has an incredible view of Mauna Kea to the east. The upstairs loft bedroom also has a view of the golf course and contains two twin beds and a queen hideabed to accommodate sleeping four. It also has a private bathroom and large vanity area with a large closet for plenty of storage.
The condo has its own washer and dryer and linens are provided, including bath and beach/pool towels. Beach chairs, an umbrella and surf mats are also available to our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, newly tiled, and contains a 22 cu ft refrigerator, stove, microwave, large sink and garbage disposal. A snack bar and barstools open the kitchen to the living room, dining, and lanai areas for a spacious and relaxing family gathering place.
The Waikoloa Village shopping center is located within easy walking distance of our condo and contains a fully equipped supermarket, restaurants, a snack bar, health food store, bank, gas station, post office, video store, and several boutiques. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful home as we feel that it is without a doubt one of the most spectacular units in the village!
