This is a ground floor unit at Sea Trail Resort that offers all the amenities of home and more. The spacious living room has a television, DVD, and stereo. A patio that overlooks the Dan Maples golf course is perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher and all your cooking necessities for a quick lunch at the bar or a gourmet dinner at the dining table. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are all provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, television and full bathroom. The second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, full bath, television mini-fridge and coffee maker with accoutrements. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
We are pet friendly so it is not necessary to leave them at home; however, your pet MUST be approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
This is such a great location! Sea Trail offers a nice resort setting with 3 Signature Golf Courses, walking trails, swimming and fitness center, dining and even activities for the children as well as being just one mile from the beach. Sunset Beach was voted “Best Beach on the East Coast” by Duke University and is the southern most Barrier Island in North Carolina which hosts one of the last swing-bridges left on the east coast. Sunset Beach is one of the cleanest and least commercial beaches; the flat white sandy beach is unparalleled in beauty. You can enjoy swimming, shelling, fishing and beautiful sunsets at the beach or take a three mile stroll and visit Bird Island, a natural protected area on Sunset Beach.
Our Condo is for all age groups! There are over 100 Golf Courses in the area, Dinner Cruises on the Inter Coastal Waterway, Shopping, Dining, Horseback Riding Deep Sea or Pier Fishing, Kayaking or Canoeing, Museums, Art Galleries, Historical Tours and More.
Calabash, “The Seafood Capital of the World” is just 2 miles to the south. It hails numerous good restaurants, fantastic shopping and docks where you can pick up the fresh “Catch of the Day” for a fabulous dinner.
Myrtle Beach is about 10 miles past Calabash. Stop in Little River on your way, where you will find dining, shopping and Casino Boats. Myrtle Beach hosts a wide array of activities for everyone, and unsurpassed number of Golf Courses and miniature golf for the little ones or young at heart. There is every water sport imaginable, countless restaurants, dancing/ night clubs, amusement parks and a lot of shopping. The Hard Rock Café, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR Theme Park, House of Blues, Aquarium, Arcades, Imax Theatres, Clubs, Live Entertainment Theatres, Tanger Outlets and much, much more.

After my first visit in 2007, I became a repeat client. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, not to mention peaceful. It's my break away from reality. I've not once had any difficulties booking, whether in advance or last minute. Whenever a beach trip among friends comes up, my suggestion is always Sea Trail at Sunset Beach. Only 30 minutes from the outlet shopping and entertainment offered in Myrtle Beach, you'll never run out of things to do but my personal favorite is taking a nice run through the neighborhood and relaxing on the screened in porch!

I have stayed at Sea Trail Resort a number of times and we have always been pleased. The owner was very helpful when I was making my arrangements. My daughter and her husband stayed in the mini suite adjoining our unit and it worked out beautifully. The pool was nearby. The units are clean and beautifully decorated. I love the beach at Sunset Beach and its family atmosphere. We enjoyed the restaurants (Twin Lakes Seafood Restaurant, Chianti South in Little River, the Sea Captain's House in North Myrtle Beach) and shopping at the Tanger Mall outlets nearby. We had a great time and we will be back!

We cannot say enough about our experience with Gerald! We have visited Sea Trail 4 times over the past 6 years because of him. First, he keeps his condos in absolutely pristine condition. He's available to answer any question you might have and will try his best to accommodate your every need. You will NOT find a better value in this area. Being surrounded by views of golf courses is the best. It's activity everywhere! Sunset Beach is the perfect family vacation spot. Trust us!!

My husband and I have stayed at Sea Trail for the past two years. The first year we came for our one-year anniversary. The area is quiet and peaceful. We loved the villa; it was clean, well-maintained and spacious. You can get to the beach and restaurants in 5 minutes or less. It's extremely difficult to find a pet-friendly place that is clean and in a nice area not to mention at a very reasonable price. Gerald's units offer all of this and more. This year, we had the pleasure of meeting Gerald. I corresponded with him through e-mail before our arrival, which was easy and convenient. He responds promptly and professionally. You can't beat his rates; compare and see for yourself. My Dad came to spend a few nights with us and was very impressed with the villa and the entire resort area. I am sure that he will have Sea Trail on the top of his list, as do we, for future trips. Gerald is an accommodating host who will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We also enjoyed golfing at Sea Trail. The course was a five minute walk from our villa. We hope to play all three courses at Sea Trail in the future. Sea Trail is a one-stop shop. We were able to relax in a villa that had all the comforts of home, swim in the pool, hang out in the sauna, golf and walk our dog.

This will be our fourth year staying at this beautiful Sea Trail condo! We stay for four weeks every spring and wish we didn't have to go home.The condo is beautifully furnished and has an extremely well equipped kitchen.The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Gerald always works hard to make sure we have everything we need.Our vacation seems to be important to him and we appreciate that. What can we say about the beach! Gorgeous,especially the Bird Island protected area , where there are no houses! The golf is great. Sea Trail is beautiful, the pool and fitness area immaculate. Everything we need is close by: grocery stores, banks, quaint one-of-a-kind shopping. No big box stores here although you can drive into North Myrtle Beach for those. Our favorite restaurant is a lovely family owned restaurant called Roberto's just a 10 minute drive from the condo. Anything else you want to know, just ask Gerald; he's a wealth of information!!

We have been coming back to this beautiful villa for years. We feel like it is our home away from home. We highly recommend staying here. When you look at the villa's guest book you will note that people from Europe and throughout the country have written of how much they love it too. The villa is super clean and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beach is lovely and the shops and restaurants are plentiful. Gerald is a friendly and accommodating host.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. If you love golf, it's ideal. We hope to visit in the fall also. Very spacious and clean. I would recommend dealing with this owner. He was very kind and made sure everything was okay for us.
