Why the Owner Chose Kapaa
The unit is in the "banana belt" of Kauai on the east coast. It is not in the rain and isolation of Princeville on the north. And it's not in the heat of Poipu on the south. It is also conviently located about 10 minutes from the airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our family has owned this unit for over 15 years. This is one reason why we are able to keep our rates so low. Most of our guests are repeat guests that stay for a month or more.
