My name is Nick Jones. I am the owner of Kuleana #322 and I would like to thank you for taking the time to have a look at this beautiful condo in paradise!

We purchased Kuleana #322 in 2000 and completely remodeled this gorgeous unit.

Kuleana #322 is the "Honeymoon Suite"! It is on the third (top) floor, has seven acres of colorful, lush landscaping that is meticulously maintained, an incredible, heated pool, grills right on the water's edge, and it's in a very quiet complex.

This summer all of the bedding and linens were upgraded, again, to high quality thread count sheets and we have received many compliments on the extremely comfortable bed. This unit has a new flat screen TV with DVD/CD (MP3 disc) and cable, a cool, air conditioned bedroom, all new, plush towels and beach towels, a huge, very private lanai with panoramic views of the glistening Pacific Ocean, and a wonderful, fully stocked kitchen with everything from a heavy duty blender to high quality cookwear! *It's perfect for preparing a delicious meal and then enjoying it, and a breathtaking sunset, directly from your own, private lanai!

I strongly encourage you to stroll along the walking paths of the property and just be amazed by all of the unique and colorful flowers and foliage. You will definitely want to spend some time, with your morning coffee or a cool beverage in the evening, exploring the sweeping shoreline. Don't miss the gigantic sea turtles feeding just feet from the water's edge! Or, in the winter months the whales breeching off our shoreline... it's an incredible sight!
