LOCATION
This beautiful condo in Marina Chavon is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the condominium buildings. Private entrance is on the 1st (ground) floor. Entrance and stairway is shared with only one other condo. After one flight of stairs you enter through the 2nd floor.
FIRST FLOOR: SOCIAL AREA AND KITCHEN
The first floor within this unit consists of: entry hall; fully equipped kitchen with sink, refrigerator, cook top and oven; laundry area with washer/dryer and sink; 1/2 bath (toilet and sink); dining & living room area, balcony with views of the Marina has another sitting area plus a dining table and chairs. There is also a storage closet under the stairs, perfect for storing golf clubs. The dining room table seats 8. A small round dining table in the balcony seats 4.
SECOND FLOOR: BEDROOMS
A circular staircase leads to the 2nd floor of the condo, which is the 3rd floor of the building. This floor consists of: Master bedroom with 1 king size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, shower), and TV. This room has a small balcony with views of the Chavon River. Guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds, walk-in closet, bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, shower), large balcony with views of the Marina. On the stairway landing there is also a linen/storage closet, ideal for storing your luggage during your stay.
PRIVATE PARKING
The private covered parking (for car or golf cart) is just steps away from the entrance. We recommend that you rent a golf cart or car during your stay. The resort has a shuttle to and from the Marina after 6 PM on an hourly schedule, but you would need a vehicle for daytime activities that are outside the Marina, such as Tennis, Golf, Beach, Horseback Riding, Shooting Range & Pool.
MARINA & CASA DE CAMPO RESORT
This condo, in the Marina of Casa de Campo Resort, is within walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, movie theaters, shops, multiple restaurants and coffee shops. You can enjoy activities offered in the Casa de Campo resort including Golf-- Best Golf in the Caribbean, as per Golf Magazine, April 2008 issue. Golf courses are: TEETH OF THE DOG, DYE FORE, THE LINKS. Tennis, Minitas Beach within the Resort as well as some other lovely beaches accesible by boat or car, swimming pool, horseback riding, polo, shooting range, etc.
ABOUT OUR CONDO
This cozy apartment is a perfect home base from which to partake in all the activities the resort has to offer, while giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your meals at home as often as you'd like, or dine out in the many restaurants available both in the Marina and the rest of the resort. Housekeeping is included.
CASA DE CAMPO REGISTRATION INFO.
Casa de Campo charges a daily fee (currently US$20 per day per person 13 or older and US$20 per day per child up to 12 years old) at the moment of registration, which provides the guest and members in the party with guest cards for access to resort activities.
OUR PAYMENT INFO.
We require payment via wire transfer once the rental contract is signed. Along with the payment of rent we also require a US$250.00 reservation/security deposit (refundable if nothing is damaged or missing).

This is a great condo - beautifully appointed and centrally located within the Casa de Campo resort which is very secure. It has water views of both the ocean and the Chavon river. There's easy walking access to great restaurants and shops. The nearby, exclusive beach is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo.
