The home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms/4.5 baths & media room. The media room has a pullout sleeper sofa and has a full bath so it can be used as a 4th bedroom. It has 2 home theatre sound systems with central home audio. There is a 6 person hottub to enjoy after a day of skiing Utah powder or from the hustle & bustle of Sundance Film Festival. If that is not enough, relax in one of the two STEAM SHOWERS. Three decks allow for privacy from 2 of the bedrooms & livingroom.
