Located almost across the street from the F train, half hour from midtown Manhattan this apartment is in an old Brownstone but is clean and well maintained by friendly owners who live there. It's near all the Foody restaurants of Smith st and Court st.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

My Fiance and I stayed this past week and Really really enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this apartment. It was very close to the Subway Station and centrally located to great resteraunts and bars around the area. It had all the modern conviences of home, with towels and dishes avaialable and the ownersd of the unit were very helpful and accomodating. I would defintiley reccomend this rental to anyone looking to stay close to the city yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhoon in a lovely part of Brooklyn.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed with my husband and 2 year old. There is a tiny room off the bedroom with a twin trundle bed in it-- great for kid(s). Great vibrant location in Brooklyn. SUPER Close to subway-- easy access to manhattan and waterfront. Close to tons of restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Quiet building on a street lined with beautiful brownstones. Would stay there again, and recommend to friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

3 of us stayed here for a week in late March 2012. The apartment itself is well-equipped, comfortable, bright, clean and tidy. The owner lives downstairs and is happy to help by phone if he's not around. The subway station with easy access to Manhattan is very nearby as are lots of nice restaurants and grocery stores (mainly on Court Street, one block over). I'd definitely recommend the apartment for anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful base for exploring the city.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Very convenient ideally situated apartment (close to Carroll Street F and G Subway for travelling to Manhattan/ JFK airport).. Price was very kind and helpful. Apart from having a great time visiting many highlights in Manhattan, we discovered that Brooklyn itself has a lot to offer. To mention some attractions: Bargemusic (a quality concert on a barge under the Brooklyn Bridge with a great view of Manhattan); A Townwalk (available from the Tourist Office at Borough Hall); Shopping at Fulton Road, etc. Take the Subway to York Street and walk the Brooklyn Bridge!. We would love to stay here again..Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

This place was perfect! Perfect location, darling inside, and the best bed I have ever slept in! This place is across the street from the subway, very close to Frank's Deli, and only 2 blocks away from Brooklyn Bread Company! All were very good. I have the best time.
