Our beach houses are all located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This 6 bedroom house is on Lot 1023. All of the amenities of the resort are yours to enjoy when you rent from us. These houses have large or multiple decks, some even have decks on each floor. Our houses are fully furnished and we even include linen and departure cleaning service in our price for whole week stays. You will find that none of our houses are more than 300 feet from the beach. Please contact us if your week is already booked on this reservation calendar. We may have another house that is available.
The first 7 pictures on this page are of our 6 bedroom house on lot 1023. The balance of the pictures are 2 each for our other houses. Our 6 bedroom house has an excellent view of the ocean from every room. If you scroll down below the rates on this page, you will find a virtual tour link of the 6 bedroom house on Lot 1023. There is room for parking up to 5 cars under the house. Downstairs we have a bedroom that is now a den with a queen size sofa sleeper and a 37 inch LCD TV, the other bedroom downstairs has 2 bunks, 1 with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, the other bunk has 2 singles. Upstairs 2 rooms have queen beds, the third has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a single on the top and full on the bottom, and the fourth has a king bed. The rates pertain to the new six bedroom. - Pet Friendly : Additional $100 fee per pet per week, $50 per weekend. No Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, cats, or exotic pets. Animals are not allowed on our beds or furniture. If pet hair is found on our furnishings, an additional charge will be made to your security deposit.
- Kid Friendly : The resort, Ocean Lakes Family Campground is very family oriented and kid friendly. Kids love this place!
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Everyone in a non family group must be 21 and older. Family rental requests always welcome.

We started going on vacation here at Ocean Lakes in 1992. We loved it so much we moved here from Wisconsin in 2001.
Marsh front boardwalk in front of 7 restaurants with live music and great food.

We stayed here for only four days during a business trip, and truly hated to leave. It was a last minute decision to stop in MB for a brief rest, and we weren't going to arrive until very late at night. The owner was extremely accomodating, and he literally "left the light on" for us. The home is very comfortable, and you will find just about anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The owner is very nice, and he's invested what it took to make this a pleasant property for others to enjoy. We've rented many other homes in Ocean Lakes, and can say without reservation that this home is better maintained than many in the same $$ range.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

I must say,,, I was totally happy with this rental. The house was wonderful, the neighbors were wonderful. They rented me golfcarts way cheaper than the rental place, and were willing to go out of their way to help you if you need something. The grill was nice, other than not being cleaned before we arrived, and some sand in the washing machine, but nothing that would ever deterr me from renting again. I've stayed at myrtle beach every year for years, and I totally love this place, and Dog friendly,,,, my god it was like home, but with ocean view in nearly every room. The owners were easy to talk to and help in any way. but if you plan on staying around first of october,,,,, stay away its all mine,,,!!!lol

Just arrived home after spending the week in house 1023. It is a beautiful house and in a perfect location. We had a wonderful time and loved the house. Hope to rent the same house next year.

We stayed at site 1023 twice, once in 2003 and again in July of 2005. There were 17 of us, 9 adults and 8 children and we were very comfortable. This house is awesome! There is an ocean view from all of the rooms. It is very bright and clean and very well stocked with towels, dinnerware, pots and pans, and the like. We loved it and will stay there again. David Anholzer is pleasant and very easy to work with. When our grill ran out of propane, all we had to do was call him and we had propane delivered in about 10 minutes or less. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for about 20 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice (even though I hate to admit that we watch television while at the ocean) to have a TV in the other two bedrooms upstairs. Thanks for renting to us and helping to make our vacation memorable.
