Accommodations:  Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-9)

Here are the details of my Townhome:

Built in 2004, it has many upgrades such as hardwood floors, tile baths, and a gas stone front fireplace. 1st floor has been recently painted. Enjoy the view of Shawnee Mountain from the Family room or large master bedroom. Let your kids hang out in the fully finished basement with TV, Fooseball and a dining area. Shawnee Mountain is a 1 minute drive down the hill and across the street. Receive discounts on golf at the Shawnee Inn and Skiing at Shawnee Mountain. Use of the Indoor Pool located at the Shawnee Inn. The townhome has 3 bedrooms, plus a large loft. Please inquire for specific rates. Also required is a $250.00 security deposit that will be refunded after the unit is found to be in good order. Person who signs lease must be 25 years old and provide ID.   • This is a great house! It was like we were at our own home. Thank You for opening it up to us. It was absolutely spotless! 10 min or less from everything we needed and the kids loved the foosball table. The mountain view was so beautiful, our family had a truly memorable trip and we hope to get back there again for another great trip!

  • We rented the weekend of 12/26-12/28/2008. The place is LARGE and spotless. You won't be disappointed! You could not ask for anything better while your away from home. We are hoping to make it back there in Feb 2009. Thanks again for sharing your home with us - it made our getaway a lot more pleasurable!!
